Monthly Rentals in Ava

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and restaurants and main roads were close to the home. Jessica was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

This little cabin is so nicely finished. Every bit of it was well thought out. It is cozy and it has everything you could need, including a front porch. Its location is relatively close to so many things to do in the area. There are great hikes and beautiful national forest all around the area. I think it's the perfect place for 1-2 people to stay.

This is a cute old home. It is a standard small-town home that has been renovated. The living room is nice with comfortable furniture. The kids liked the jet tub in the bathroom. It is an interesting home with character (kitchen floor is "hilly" - uneven foundation). The house worked ok for the little kids (1, 3, and 5 yo), but we had to move some stuff to keep the babies from the decor. David and Elsa were very attentive. They met us at the door upon arrival to give us a tour. They live just next door, so if we needed anything, they were there within a minute. During our stay, the dishwasher wasn't working and David responded immediately. This house was rented for a year just prior to our stay, so the owners are still identifying all the special things a guest might need (cork screw, clothes hamper), but they responded quickly when we asked. The neighborhood is interesting...it has some nice homes mixed with very run-down or unlivable homes. Overall, we would stay here again.

Place was great. close to new rock climbing location. we didn't see that dogs were not allowed as we had searched for pet friendly home so that was a misunderstanding but it was a great house and location!! we apologize for the misunderstanding!
