This place was wonderful!! Amazing location right next to the park and the house is very cute. We had a great time walking around and seeing the other homes. Super cute spot. We traveled with dogs and little kids and I’d say it worked out great for us. Would recommend to anyone!

Enjoyed my stay, the host was very responsive and helped with an earlier check-in as it was only a quick stay/stop while visiting. The linens, bathrooms and rooms were in excellent condition. This home was perfect for our needs and very comfortable for our party size plus visitors. The layout was perfect for hanging out as a group and alone time. The beds were very comfortable, the game room was awesome, and we spent a lot of time on the deck, in the yard, and enjoying the fire pit. There is a nice walking path around the corner and the neighborhood peaceful. Greg was very responsive and ensured our stay was easy-going and hassle-free. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This place is incredible. My mom and I both said we want to stay here forever. It’s so cozy and clean and well decorated. Adorable yard and lighting. And so close to downtown Littleton. Felt just like home. Also the beds were so cozy and comfy. No notes perfect place to stay.

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

Great condo in a great location if you need to be in the Parker area. Clean, very well maintained, access to a good gym in the complex and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this condo to anyone coming to the area. Thanks Rob!

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

We had the BEST weekend at this house! We had 4 generations of family staying and it was perfect for everyone from infants to 90+ year olds. Before booking, Gina, the host helped me determine if the stairs were going to be ok for my elderly grandparents and she helped suggest locations/restaurants to host a family gathering. The house itself was better than we ever anticipated! The common spaces are so large. Huge couches and huge pool in the backyard. Plenty of seating everywhere. It’s very deceiving from the front! But the house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever want/need. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

Everything was great, no complaints. Check in was easy, hosts were responsive and accomodating. The beds were super comfy and all the rooms have blackout curtains for those who like to sleep in. The bathroom and shower are nice; hot water and good water pressure. The place has everything you would need to feel at home for an extended to stay; full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, towels, outdoor sitting and dining area, firepit, living room and TV. The hosts were even nice enough to have a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens awaiting us upon check in. I was also pleasantly surprised to arrive and find that there was even a dry sauna in the Airbnb, a detail which I must have overlooked when initially doing the booking. Thank you Savannah!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, and the house was sparkling clean. It was equipped with top notch amenities from a keurig coffee machine to plush towels and a full size fridge. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and air conditioning (when needed) and a delightful cross-breeze from the windows when not needed. The neighborhood was lovely with lots of leafy trees and and green spaces and paths to walk the dogs. Probably one of our favourite AirBnBs. Highly recommend!

We had two families stay (mine and my brother’s) with three littles and the set up of Song’s house was great with bedrooms on either side of the kitchen and family room. We loved being able to walk across the street to a great park and playground. The house had everything we needed for a 3 day stay and appreciated the large backyard patio.

Great place! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us with 2 living areas and kitchens. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a slight blip with the lock but Dirk was extremely responsive and reset the code. Definitely recommend staying here!
