Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Arapahoe County

We had a fabulous stay at Rachel’s place! Some of my coworkers came to town for a retreat, and it was lovely to all have our own rooms and connected bathrooms for privacy. From start to finish our host was proactively communicative. The house was as luxurious as described, and amenities thoughtfully curated to accommodate any type of group. I live in Denver and can attest to what a GEM this location is. Only downfall is that we didn’t stay longer!

This place was exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfy. Literally perfect pillows. The location is great close to stores. Host is very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Denver regularly and would absolutely try and stay here first.

The location is great! The stay was just right for us! We travel with our dogs and it was great for them. Plus I noticed an Iowa Hawkeye license plate cover, you can never go wrong with Hawkeye fans! We will definitely stay here again if they will let us :)

The place matches the description and the host is responsive making it easy to check in and do modifications in the reservation if needed.

Nice and quiet place. Whole downstairs to ourselves. Host accommodation was as expected from a good host. If you are over 6’ watch your head going back upstairs :). Thank you

This house was extremely comfortable and cozy. Felt a little hesitant about the location at first but it was super quiet and safe and really close to everything we wanted to do. Groceries store was about 15 min away. The beds were beyond comfortable and the house felt super clean. The host had so much available for the guests which was thoughtful. Definitely recommend staying here for downtown Denver area.

Had a great stay in Greg’s condo. Immaculate and looks and is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had to bring our son to Denver for some appointments. Sabine’s home caught our eye for being kid and pet friendly. Sabine was incredibly accommodating, providing a high chair, stroller, bouncer, crib and other kid amenities. Anything we needed to make our lives easier, she was ready to provide. The house was clean, and the pool was great for our son. Our dog loved the fenced in yard as well. We have stayed at several Airbnbs in this area, and Sabine’s has been the best by far. We will be staying with her again!

It was amazing to stayed at her apartment, a lot of places near to her place. She was an amazing Hostess, always replying back fast. I loved the place.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

I was there with my 90 year old father for some medical tests. He is in a wheelchair. The first floor level was what we needed. The place is safe and secure. I was able to a load of laundry. It was close to a lot of things. While not a vacation trip i would definitely recommend.

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

Sarie hosted us in a beautiful, clean, and peaceful home. The location was perfect, offering just the right amount of privacy while still being close to everything we needed. The space was well cared for, thoughtfully arranged, and made us feel truly at home. Grateful for such a lovely stay!

We had a peaceful, impromptu stay after a winter storm altered our travel plans. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The kids LOVED all of the books. It was cool watching the horses. Marcy was such a friendly host! She was friendly and always responsive. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer.

Had a great stay! Just like the photos/description, and perfect for a girls weekend! The place itself feels tucked away, private, and safe. Bed was super comfy and the kitchen had all the basics. Claire was very helpful when we had questions, and made us feel we could reach out with any needs. We did have issues with the wifi, but wasn’t a big deal since our priority was catching up and quality time. Neighborhood itself was a convenient location for us to explore different areas of the city. We found parking pretty easy but opted to uber at night to avoid losing our spot.

We LOVED Jon's place -- comfortable, clean and some really special touches (prisms in the window, fun hand-painted walls). Jon met us personally and introduced us to his dogs (very friendly). He checked in with us on how things were going as well. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and we really liked the shower! The location was perfect for us -- near our Denver children's residences, but in a very quiet and nicely-tended neighborhood. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This was a great place to stay for our family and dog! We would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a good location! Everything was stocked, cleaned, and ready for use! Full kitchen and all cooking utensils along with grill and fire pit fit home entertainment! Hosts were extremely kind and responsive! 10/10 stay! Celebrated our elopement wedding here and can’t wait to return!

Had a nice stay here while our house was under construction. The nearby gulch park is really nice to walk around. The neighborhood has some nice coffee shops and restaurants. The place itself was quiet and comfortable. Quite happy with our stay!

So amazing!! Everything was exactly as it looked in the listing (very cute and charming). Britt went out of her way to greet me and check in on how the cottage was treating me. Her instructions were perfect; I had no problem figuring out where things were. I would recommend this to anyone 100%. Of all my travels in and outside the U.S., this has been my favorite.
