This place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was quiete and my family was happy and safe . The beds were so comfortable

We loved the house and peaceful neighborhood! We had a few hiccups but the host was very quick to respond and had maintenance out to fix AC issue quickly! We really appreciated all of the things the house had in stock- shampoo/conditioner, well stocked kitchen appliances and utensils, and a pantry full of things that are easily forgotten when you travel! The neighborhood had a couple parks in walking distance and was a very nice quiet place. There was lots of parking in the large driveway and loved the outdoor seating.

Great place to stay. I’ll definitely return. My only SLIGHT negative is there was no full length mirror at all.

The house is beautiful and also very functional. We stayed over Thanksgiving with our large family. The kitchen and great room were perfect for entertaining all of us plus everyone had their own rooms/spaces to retreat to. This house had everything we needed and is just as described. Scott was very responsive (we only had minor questions) Very convenient to downtown Denver, the airport and Boulder. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely recommend staying at this hidden gem! Jennie's home had all the ammenities we were looking for to make us and our pets feel comfortable while away from home. She is a wonderful host and was extremely quick to respond and answer any questions. This home is a definite save for future trips to CO!!

We booked Johns place for a bachelorette party get away for my daughter and her friends . It was the perfect place to do our own spa day in had everything . My daughter loves plants as well she loved the style of this house so much. The bonus room was so fun to find and see. This house has it all and the host is great and responds quickly. Would definitely stay again .

Travis and wendee are by far the best hosts we’ve had so far very responsive respectful and friendly hosts 5/5 very private and homey! The location is close to local restaurants and places near the University district and downtown is only 15 minutes away! Will book again in the future

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Great spot! Very walkable neighborhood and great shops near by. Make sure you have all THREE lock codes before trying to get in. After I figured out the place had THREE lock codes I felt very safe. Apartment is also a lot bigger than pictured so that’s a plus.

Lovely basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the heated bathroom floor! Very nice hosts. Recommend!

Clean and comfortable stay!

Beautiful stay at the Kingdome! Loved the amenities such as the hot tub and steam room. The view was immaculate and the home was so beautiful inside as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city or as a romantic getaway for two!

We had a wonderful stay at Dee’s while in town for graduation. The house is lovely, with everything we could need. The rooms were very comfortable. Luckily, the weather was beautiful so we spent most of the time enjoying the garden. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and convenient to CU. Overall, a perfect stay for a family gathering.

Came here for a girls trip and had an amazing time. The airb&b was clean, had all the necessities, and the host Warren was very responsive and communicated with us the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!
