Big guest suite, 1bd, 1bth and spacious living

Spacious walkout basement of 850 square feet in a corner house with nice green area in the backyard. Nicely furnished and decorated 1 bedroom with closet, 1 bath, large living area, and NO kitchen. It has 65'' TV, microwave, fridge, boiler, silverware, dishes, cups, iron, and clean sheets and towels. There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.

You will have a kind bed, 2 futons sofa bed, a small cooking area, some gym equipment, a fridge, a 65 inch TV and more. You get your own bathroom. House is located in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from DIA (Tower rd and 64th). Also within 15 minutes walking distance from the Gaylord hotel. Since this is a basement studio, you will hear people walking above but this is a quiet house.

Dining options close by The spacious suite comprises a queen bed & sleeper sofa, AC, off-street parking, contemporary en-suite bathroom (includes walk-in shower), Fire TV, and kitchenette. Entrance to guesthouse is via a private patio, (boasting a bbq & fire-pit). Patio is 420/ vape friendly. No cigarettes pls. The suite adjoins a family home sharing 2 walls. We have a toddler.

Large south facing window, great light, full bath with shower, large closet. Bedding and towels included if desired. TV with Amazon fire stick. Shared laundry. Mountain View from front porch entrance, close to shopping, gym, Cherry Creek reservoir. Perfect for longer term rental, a great place to call home in Colorado!
