The house was perfect - we were staying for a wedding so the ironing board was particularly helpful! The house was fully kitted out for home cooking and the bed was very comfy. beautiful views from the garden too! it was very nice being walkable distance from town as well

Every moment we spent here felt like a gift, and we’d return in a heartbeat. The walks from the cottage lead straight into nature’s untouched wonder, where we encountered hardly another soul(lots of wildlife though) It’s not just a getaway — it’s an experience that stays with you. Staying at The View gave a great rural experience despite being only five minutes drive into the lovely town of Portree. The accommodation is a spacious studio flat quite private. Extremely well appointed with all necessary facilities, great heating and generous breakfast provisions. Hosts were friendly and super helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommended for a short or longer stay on the amazing Isle of Skye.

A wonderful cabin in a beautiful location. All the amenities: fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, large sitting room and a deck out front. 2 minutes walk from small store and restaurants. Ample parking. The view out front is amazing: a large mountain and a herd of sheep next door. Very peaceful. Definitely, the best place that we have stayed in Scotland. Lisa is friendly and a great host.
