Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Mr. Regis is very attentive! Always ready to serve us! The apartment is great, airy, spacious, air and TV in all the bedrooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room! Excellent!

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and easy. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

Sarava was everything we hoped it would be and more! The property is truly stunning and feels luxurious to stay there. The views from the living spaces, kitchen, and bedrooms are beautiful. The host's hospitality was great and the unit was as advertised. Response time from Guiliana, Daniela, and Anthony was very quick, and they answered all of my questions before booking, leading up to our arrival, and during our stay. They even organized a surfing lesson for our group which was walking distance from the unit on Geriba beach! Edna was the highlight of the trip - she was so kind, generous, and sweet. We arranged for grocery and breakfast service and it was everything we hoped it would be. Our group's dietary restrictions were respected and we had a beautiful breakfast every morning of our stay. Sarava was beautiful and we'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 05 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, in addition to being well equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The accommodation is simply wonderful! Nice was super kind, already gave great directions for tours and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, just like in the pictures. Very comfy and cozy space. The condominium is also amazing, we love the food at the restaurant, the place is very beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend it!!

mr. Leandro was very requested regarding the request to change the check-in, the property is very beautiful and comfortable, the condominium is beautiful and the pools are great, the kitchen is quite complete. I will definitely return.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
