The house met the expectations of my whole family! We will definitely be back in the next opportunity!

It was a week-long family trip and the house made our days more peaceful and comfortable. Extremely comfortable bed and bath linen, air-conditioning and fan (indispensable in many days), full kitchen, TV with Netflix, in addition to staying in a super quiet condominium in the midst of nature. Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". Less than 30 minutes for some of the most beautiful. In short: worth the stay

The house is wonderful, with large and airy rooms. The condominium has great infrastructure and very kind employees. I highly recommend!

We were staying with my family (2 adults with 2 children aged 4 and 1), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin meets everything reported by the host (whom we thank for their continued willingness to answer our inquiries), and its location is easily accessible by pedestrian (Buzios has a quite diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to scattering spots. Nearby there are all kinds of options to eat and shop, etc., and if you need transfers, it also has public transport 100 meters away. The house is wonderful! Close to the beach, clean and with all the necessary utensils. Maria was always very attentive. We had a great stay.

everything corresponded to the listing, host super requested, quiet hambient, I found it close to everything (by car) really has everything you need to use in the house,(take only what you consume) utensils, electrical equipment (blender,coffee maker,sandwich maker,microwave etc..TV, air conditioning... my family loved it, we'll come back more often ... it was all more than expected, I attend this condominium for 5 years. It was the first time I rented the 4-bedroom house. What most caught our attention was the cleaning when we arrived. the smell of a clean and fresh environment. we ended up combining to leave a little later and we paid a small fee at which I found it fair. but we went beyond the time. the same on some complained or nothing. Super recommend, especially for those who have children!

The convenience is great! 5 min from the beach of geriba! The house is very nice and cozy!! Our Pet loved to go there for the second time! I believe that some details need a small improvement , the TV of the room unfortunately we did not use it because there was a macha on the screen , the fan of the room tb this time presented a noise appearing to be loose, good that the air-conditioning was working perfectly! And unfortunately the gallon of the water filter was empty! We had to go out at night to buy water ! And the lack of flexibility to extend the checkout time, at which we had to leave at the exact time.

The place met expectations and the Host was kind and available. The location is great for those who like to go to the beach of Geribá and the rooms are spacious. I just don't give a maximum score because we had some mishaps in relation to maintenance (lack of water for 12 hours due to pump problem, lock of one of the suites loose and water leakage under two sinks), but they were resolved to the extent possible. So we rated it 8 or 9.

Great stay! Wonderful house, great rooms with everything you need, air conditioning, sheets, pillows… everything really clean. House with privacy, great for rest and leisure. Child car seat for car seats. The house has a super nice caretaker available whenever you need. Rodrigo is super kind. I'll definitely be back.
