Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Armação dos Búzios

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

We love the Stay, space, furniture , bedding and cleaning . The house is spacious , well decorated, illuminated and well equipped. The living room and bedrooms have ventilator and air conditioning , two refrigerators and a private pool with excellent sauna. The Cook Standard was very helpful and helped us in everything. Daniel hostess answered us and removed all doubts. The employees of Condominio were attentive and helpful. Buzios beaches are wonderful! We had a great weekend!! We'll be back!

My husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon there and we were very happy the days we spent at Guilherme's Loft. His father, Paulo, answered us quickly and offered to help us. The accommodation matches the photos and is even more pleasant up close.

Cátia's place is charming. My family and I had already met, and we came back to spend another pleasant week. The house is complete, inside a condo where the children played soccer, beach tennis, tennis, and a lot of the house, with the swimming pool integrated with the sauna and jacuzzi. Ajada, clear, clean and cozy, we enjoyed the space a lot, prepared some barbecue and everything was perfect.

We loved our stay. We were greeted with a delicious breakfast. The house is super modern and cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea. The outdoor area and the gourmet were decorated with great taste, as well as the whole house. Super complete, we didn't miss anything. we will definitely come back more often. Thanks for everything.

We loved stay at Marilene’s house, it was peaceful, comfortable and we enjoyed. We loved Joice ( recommended by Marilene) she prepared our delicious meals , and helped us to enjoy the house and our time in Búzios. I would 💯 recommend the airbnb and Joice’s services!! We can’t wait to come back to Brazil and visit Búzios again!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

Alex and Taty's service was great, always very attentive and quick to respond to messages. I'm very grateful for everything.
