Waterfront holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro

Such a clean and spacious place to stay for a week! Very walkable to almost everything you need in Rio. The beach is right out front, multiple restaurants within 2-3 mins of walking, and the grocery stores are right across the building. Quite honestly such a steal for the spot you’re getting! Never felt unsafe in our stay here and the doormen were always greeting us! Host was extremely responsive in a timely manner. The view from the balcony overlooking copacabana beach is also breathtaking! If you do have an earlier flight before check-in or a later flight after check-out, the doormen might not be comfortable keeping your luggages in storage which is not the host’s fault. It honestly depends on who is working at that time. Which I understand because we had a bunch of big luggages. The doorman working at the moment just wasn’t comfortable being responsible for that many personal belongings. There is a storage unit company just right across the street and we had no problems using it!

Beautiful copacabana beach front view, modern spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff in the lobby, the hosts are helpful and responsive. The building is safe and secure. We loved it!

I had such a wonderful stay!! Andre was a great host, and he provided so many essentials within the airbnb (laundry detergent, bathroom necessities, beach towels/chairs, etc). He was super responsive whenever I reached out with a question or needed help with anything. The apartment is really nice and clean as well. I had stayed in Leblon with my partner for a week. Some of our highlights were the close proximity to the beach, the apartment's beautiful view, and shopping at the all nearby malls/stores. I would 100% recommend and would book this apartment when I visit again. Thank you Andre

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

The stay in Shirlei's accommodation was simply perfect! The location in Ipanema is unbeatable: one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Rio. The beach is just a stone's throw away, as are nice, high-quality restaurants, supermarkets, and even Uber bikes to rent on the same street. The apartment is well cared for, clean, comfortable and welcoming. In addition, the 24-hour reception desk adds an extra level of security and convenience. A special thank you to Shirlei, a truly fantastic host: always available, kind and ready to give very useful advice to better enjoy the city. Highly recommended!

Our Flat experience was wonderful. Mariana communicates easily and is always very truthful. The location is wonderful and the view from the Flat is one of the things that we liked the most. I can't help but note the cordiality of the Flat's reception team. It will definitely be in my top 10 list of favorite places to stay in Rio.

I loved my stay, it was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to return. House is exactly like in the pictures, the view is even better! Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

The house is very beautiful, the internal lake and the view are the strong points. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

Luiz was extremely helpful and kind, received us super well, responded quickly, gave incredible tips and presented the house. The atmosphere is beautiful, airy, full of character and history. A Vista can't even be talked about, it's a spectacle apart, beauty everywhere. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable room. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon!

I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

The best apartment in Alto Leblon!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back
