Spectacular accommodation with a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Super comfortable apartment and quite complete with all the necessary utensils, impeccable bedding, super comfortable mattresses and everything clean and fragrant. Thalita passed on all the information clearly and it was super easy to find the place and check in. My family and I had an amazing time there and we hope to return soon. Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

She was a sister who stayed. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well located. Flavio, always attentive to our needs, allowed us to enter before the scheduled time and also allowed us to leave a while after the check-out time. The concierge staff is excellent and very attentive. A highly recommended place.

The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, the only thing that changed (for the better) is the refrigerator which is a great commune. It is super well located, a few blocks from Rua das Pedras and several beaches; and almost on the main avenue where all the vans pass. Leonardo welcomed us very well despite arriving at 1 in the morning (flight was delayed) and both he and his mother were always attentive to us missing anything. I definitely 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful inn, better than in the photos, 10 out of 10. Everything was very clean and organized. We loved it. Very close to the center and the Rodoviaria. We did all our activities on foot. We would definitely come back. 100% recommended.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
