We spent a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. I, my wife and my son feel at home for the entire stay. The location was also good. A special highlight goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, made all the difference in our experience. I highly recommend!

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All nearby commerce and the beach are just a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with politeness and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. He was always attentive to every query or need that arose, which made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout the stay. Undoubtedly the best thing was the location: really unbeatable, close to everything we needed and with easy access to the main points of interest. Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely be back.

It was a great stay! Casa super clean and organized, we felt at home. Apartment with great location, near market, pharmacy, and near the bus station. Communication with the host was great, always with quick responses and still allowed us a flexible check in and check out. I hope to come back more often.

Our stay was amazing! We were afraid it would stay away from the beach but the place is very charming. There is a kiosk almost in front that on weekends it has a very special sambinha and you feel the atmosphere of the place. The apartment is in a quiet place, with a very close bakery and holds 1 couple with 2 children well. It has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and gym in the condominium but we hardly use it because Cabo Frio has a lot of good place to know around! I asked Luiza to provide mattresses for my children to sleep in the room and also beach towels, which was attended!!! Voltaria for sure!!!

The flat is very comfortable and clean!! Qdo arrived, it was super smelling. Various utensils in the kitchen, very comfortable beds and sofa. Only few details to improve, such as the water filter, which hardly came out of water and the bathroom sand, which was difficult to open, by the broken pedal…, but it was just that! Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.
