Very nice apartment. It feels very private despite being attached to a main house. We had no inconvenience for you. It is located on top of a hill, which is normal in Buzios. I recommend using Uber or renting a vehicle. The distance from the apartment to Rua das Pedras on foot is 12 minutes, very close and safe. The hosts have beautiful cats and dogs, as well as a rooster, which give the place a very cozy touch. Louie the host was attentive and timely at all times to our concerns and needs. I would only recommend adding a washing machine for people who have a long stay, as was our case. In short, a nice, private and cozy place. I highly recommend it.

A luxury!! You have everything you need for a family vacation. We went with my wife and two kids. The location is excellent, steps from Rua das Pedras , orla bardot and with easy access (we take Uber) to all the buzios beaches. Very safe place!! Luiza is always attentive to everything. The patio of the apartment is super enjoyable. Highly recommendable!! We'll be back.

The place is very nice and impeccable, it's even better than the photos! Not to mention Paulo, who was a sweetheart. He was super attentive to making sure we were comfortable. He gave us recommendations for eating, going out, parking, going to the beach, etc. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as in the pictures. Well located apartment, clean and with all the structure for the stay. Lucas welcomed us very well and was very helpful. We'll be back more often.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. What I liked the most was the kitchen: spacious, comfortable and perfect for cooking in peace. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

Great option in conzios. Large house, comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Great outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal Size Pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.
