I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

We stayed 2 nights and they were great for relaxing. Tetè was always very friendly, as was Dino. We will definitely be back in Buzios to stay at the same place.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

Location close to everything... market, pharmacy, restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Nothing to complain about, Búzios is perfect as I imagined. We left the car at the door and went to several places Really, we only took it out to leave, everything close and it was super worth the amount we paid. We combine the useful with the pleasant! For a couple without children, I highly recommend it! We will definitely return!

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

Also, the facilities are modern and quality which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from Rua das Pedras and with access to transportation right at the gate of the complex. I highly recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. The house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the cook Neuza is very helpful and has a wonderful temper, the location is more than perfect! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
