Sensacional, is the word that describes the experience we had in the house. Perfect, clean and well-organized accommodation. The host, was quite requested in our needs. The house is great, just as it is in the pictures. The other experiences were due to the surrounding nature. I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!!!

We spent a family weekend and enjoyed the accommodation very much. When booking the property, we also had to hire the cook, D. Lúcia, which turned out to be a positive surprise, because in addition to serving very good dishes, it is also very friendly and helpful. Your husband is available to shop, very attentive and also helpful. The leisure area is very spacious, with barbecue, pizza oven and clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The only criticism I have to make are the furniture of the house, which deserve a renovation and do not match the space, end up devaluing the environment, as they are very old. In addition, it has been very happy days and we only have to thank the attention of hosts Juan and Renata and their dear employees. Congratulations.

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. I really liked the house, it is spacious and comfortable, well distributed rooms, the pool is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The house is a few minutes by car from Praia das Dunas do Peró, which is a quieter beach for those who want to avoid the holiday muvuca. Points of Improvement: Some beds were very hard and others very soft, making sleep uncomfortable. The showers do not warm well, it is very difficult to season the water and reach a pleasant temperature.

We had 6 people and the space served us perfectly. Quiet place that gives you easy access to Arraial, Búzios and we who like to walk was easy access to the island of Japanese and continuing the walk has a beautiful view of the lighthouse.

I would like to thank Silvio and his wife for the welcome, hospitality and kindness, they are excellent people. The house is very well structured, comfortable and with all amenities. Safe neighborhood and excellent location, as it is close to Park Lagos shopping mall (less than 10 minutes on foot) and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

Our Dayse home experience was excellent! The house is cute, cozy, organized and well located. It is close to the beach of Geribá, one of the best. The hostess was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. It was a great choice!
