The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk from Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The owner, Flávio, is super kind, attentive and responds quickly, which made all the difference. I recommend the house.

Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

Impeccable and comfortable accommodation, family place, quiet and with 0 annoying noises. Wifi, air-conditioning and tv functioning perfectly, plus a full kitchen. Access to the house and the surroundings is by road on the ground, but this does not make it difficult and does not prevent access, the sand ramp that in the comments was a negative point, no longer exists, super quiet to climb with any type of car. Bruna gave us indications of places and trails to do, it was amazing, we did some and we visited some restaurants that were indicated and it was amazing. Super recommend and we would definitely come back. We love the fact that we can take our puppy♥️.

It was simply magical! This house has the most beautiful view we've ever seen in life — to fill your eyes and your heart. Each sunrise, every moment there seemed like a gift from nature. The beach in front is a paradise, calm, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. And the nearby trails are amazing — we walk to the Costão and also to the Andorinha, moments that we will keep forever. But what made everything even more special was the host: a wonderful, generous, caring and light-filled person. We have felt a real affection from the first instant. We have a heart full of gratitude and the certainty that we want to come back many and many times. Thank you very, very much for everything!

We were staying with my family (2 adults with 2 children aged 4 and 1), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin meets everything reported by the host (whom we thank for their continued willingness to answer our inquiries), and its location is easily accessible by pedestrian (Buzios has a quite diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to scattering spots. Nearby there are all kinds of options to eat and shop, etc., and if you need transfers, it also has public transport 100 meters away. The accommodation met our needs perfectly, The structure of the house is great and Alcileny is outstanding. The house is spacious, well located and even surprises in person the structure compared to the photos. The only negative point is that the beach in front is only suitable for swimming when the tide is high. As for the house, nothing to complain about. We'll be back soon!
