Holiday rentals with a patio in Aquidneck Island

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay in “the office” It was a perfect spot to stay for a long weekend exploring Newport for our first time. We were able to walk to two events that we had planned and all other adventures we had in store. I must say my favorite part was having coffee(keurig with kcups on site) by the window and the sound machine that was on site that was perfect for night time. They provided clear instructions for parking and entering. The owners were kind enough to offer us extended parking after our check out if we wanted to enjoy Newport a little longer! We have already talked about returning here!

Sean is a fantastic host - highly responsive, reasonable, personable, and accommodating. I had the pleasure of meeting him in-person a couple times throughout our stay. Check-in was very easy with the keypad. Beds and cushy couch may take some adjusting to, but the space itself is grand, roomy and felt like our own, with just the right amenities. The heat and A/C came on quickly and effectively, as did hot water. Area is ideal, close enough to the action with enough peace on a side street, but not secluded enough to feel unsafe about personal belongings. I was most anxious about parking before arriving, but were provided assurances by Sean ahead of time, and had no issue on a Mother’s Day weekend Friday-Monday landing a street spot either right in front of the building or a block away, even on trash day. Would love to stay again on our next trip over!

The spot was right on the main strip in walking distance to stores and restaurants. There was great security through 2 coded keypads. The walk upstairs was not too bad and the space was nice and clean.

The location was great. Easily walked to restaurants in Warren. Easy to find and check-in was very easy. Bobby's unit is lovely! Nice space, beautiful furniture and bedding

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

This was a beautiful space! Had everything we needed and we were very comfortable! Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely wonderful and so well decorated. It felt like home. The AirBnB also includes WiFi that is good enough for video calls and also have a lot of entertainment included (AppleTV, Netflix, Prime, Hulu…). I can recommend the place 100%. Would always choose it if I am back to Providence.

Katy was fantastic from the start! Fast to respond with any questions we had! Her home was nothing but clean, peaceful and the perfect family atmosphere. From the coastal decore to the backyard landscape… our family had a great time just hanging out at the home! Highly recommend for any stay in Newport, Cliff Walk was a 6 min drive and 20 mins from downtown shops! We will definitely be back!🤍 Thank you again so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful Airbnb lots to do in or out of the airbnb, ran into the owner’s mother in the hallway and she was the sweetest person ever! Gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Definitely would stay there again it was so peaceful and nice!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from OCS. I would definitely stay again! Clean, comfortable, and met all our needs and expectations. Great find!

The beds were super comfy. We slept 6 adults with lots of room. The coffee stations and ice maker were my favorite amenities. Fancy embroidered bat towels were the finishing touch.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

We had a wonderful stay at Ariela’s peaceful cottage! The location was quiet and easy to find, offering a perfect getaway. The cottage itself was very spacious, with clean and comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to celebrate the New Year, and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed. We can’t wait to return during the warmer months to explore the nearby beaches. Highly recommend this lovely home for a relaxing stay!

Kelly’s place was a great find!! It is very close to downtown and walkable for most things. Parking was easy and the condo was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice little spot with plenty of options to pull up a seat outside. Centrally located and walkable. Would recommend!

This apartment was exactly as we hoped! Excellent location on the east side. The place has so much character and was comfortable for all. Had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.

This Airbnb was a perfect place for a getaway with friends. It was conveniently located in Newport. We were able to walk to the downtown area to all the great restaurants and bars and were also closely located to the trolley. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. Rich was very responsive when reaching out. We would 100% stay at this Airbnb again if we go back to visit Newport.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

Awesome location, nice deck overlooking the water/marina. Able to walk to everything. We had unit 424 at the Wyndham Onshore property. I mention this because the owner has several different properties, he is very responsive so make sure you are looking at the correct property when booking.
