Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Rachel was an excellent, helpful host. The house was in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, a short drive to beach. It had a terrific deck overlooking a beautiful, heavily wooded backyard. The kitchen was very large and made it easy to cook. We had a terrific time together. We had an infant and the pack and play, sheets hig chair, play toys were all provided! Excellent home for an infant. Child friendly streets for walking down to nearby harbor.

What can I say! Perfect experience, soup to nuts. Jenny was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed on the island once before and we didn't quite realize how cumbersome it might be to get more supplies once we were there last summer. If you stay at Jenny's place-- she's got you covered. Forget your shampoo -- not to worry! I've never stayed in a home where the host so generously shared the little things. Fantastic place for kids. Comfy! Games! Views! I went over my budget in booking this place and it was worth every penny. The golf cart!! The beach chairs! Soft beds. CLEAN. Loved the kitchen. If you choose Jenny's place, you can leave your worries behind and just show up. I mean-- bring your supplies for sure-- but you don't have to carry the board games on your back and the bottled water. She's got you SET UP!! Enjoy.

The space was very clean and minimal, just as described. It’s perfect for anyone who appreciates simplicity and a clutter-free environment. A peaceful and comfortable stay.

This house was so beautiful and clean. It was only a couple of us to celebrate our “baby moon” together. I personally enjoyed the deck swing the most. Very close to everything and the views were gorgeous. Darren was a very nice and responsive host as well!

Place was super clean- TJ messaged us just to see if we needed anything- local beach 1 min walk away with lots of sea glass!- sunset cafe 10 min walk for our morning coffee- a few other restaurants within walking distance (none we had time to try)only 25 mins to Newport- we were in town for a wedding in Portsmouth- great location- thanks TJ!

Perfect place for a girl's weekend, or for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway! Absolutely loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evening overlooking the water views. During the day we could sit out or play yard games in the backyard or go for a dip in the pool, and in the evening we enjoyed the hot tub and playing games. The house itself is updated with so many great amenities we enjoyed, including a sauna, fancy shower, techy bathroom mirrors, comfy beds, coffee/espresso machine, Blackstone grill, and more. From when I first booked through checkout Gary was proactive in communicating and provided super clear instructions for everything in the house, so we never needed to reach out about any issues but it was good to know he was available if needed! We were also pleased to find some beautiful handmade local necklaces waiting for us when we arrived, which was a unique personal touch. Overall we all LOVED staying here and would highly recommend, and hope to stay again!!

Juan and Alby were extremely communicative and helped make our trip a smooth experience! The location is just off the main road, but in a converted garage in the back, with plenty of parking, which made it easily accessible. It allowed us to be close to Newport, without needing to get into a bunch of traffic. The accommodation was clean and pleasant, with heat and AC, as well as a kitchen (that we didn't need to make use of). The hosts thoughtfully provided some bathroom products, which helped make the visit pleasant!

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

We had a really sweet weekend stay here. The location was super convenient — close to Newport, scenic drives, and great food options. The space was clean, cozy, and felt private while still being part of a friendly neighborhood. The bed was comfy, the AC worked great, and check-in was smooth. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

We have stayed here many times and it always feels like coming home. Cathleen is very responsive and her parents Judy and Bob go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re planning another extended stay later this summer. Overall a great,clean and comfortable place.

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Liked Best: Very quiet, clean, lots of space, feather bed resulted in good deep sleep. Next time: I will know where the AC remote is without having to bother Jay. blessings and thanks, Doug / Dallas

Friendly, welcoming host. Beautiful neighborhood, all the amenities you need when away from home. Stairways a little steep and could use additional lighting however, that was not a dealbreaker and I will stay there again and again when visiting Newport/Middletown. Great job Ryan!

My first trip to Newport and this was a great location. Everything within walking distance so it was easy to explore. Loved that we had two king sized beds. Nice size kitchen. Towels and sheets and toiletries provided. Everything as described. Shannon always responded very quickly and was super helpful. The apartment is in a very lively part of Newport right off of Thames so it’s not particularly quiet during weekend evenings but the host clearly advises of that in the description. And the AC usually drowns out most of the noise. Definitely something to consider if you prefer things to be quiet but during the day and on weeknight evenings it really wasn’t an issue. Depending on who is on the floors above you (there are 3 apartments in total) you can sometimes hear footsteps and voices/music but that’s sort of expected. Would definitely recommend.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We've stayed at many ABBs and this was easily one of our favorite spots. Newport is a must-visit town and this location was fabulous. the entire apartment was so charming, great decor and a wonderful space. the private balcony is a bonus. Restaurants nearby were delish. the host was super responsive and easy to work with. can't recommend this place enough. we'll be back!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊

Great place for a few nights in Newport! Location is perfectly situated off of a main shopping street but was very quiet. Was more spacious than shown in the photos! Roof deck was nice as well. Had a small issue w a fire alarm going off but Liliane was easy to communicate with and was able to resolve it within a few hours. Beds were super comfortable and it was great for our group! Parking across the street was convenient for $25/day. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The hot tub, peaceful back deck, and large dining table inside were all perfect for our time together. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and has some good dining and cocktail options, while being much more affordable than Newport. We are grateful for the great stay!

I could have lived here in a dream world! What a perfect place full of charm, character, and all of the modern amenities. The kitchen and bath were pristine. The floors, the doors, the windows, the creaks, the history- perfection. Waleed was a great host and even accommodated a last minute early checkin request! Would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.
