Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

Really easy to book and S kept communication simple and easy. We have a seen a lot of bait and switches with the other owners of Wyndham properties in Newport. S was upfront and got us the space we wanted. The property is under construction so there were some issues with that, but it’s ending in September so future renters should be able to enjoy renovated pools and common spaces. Overall a great stay at a nice property. Thank you S!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Nicole’s place was perfect for the two of us in town for our nephew’s college graduation. The place is spacious enough to gather a few family members together before dinner and is convenient to Federal Hill restaurants and other downtown venues. Nicole’s communication was excellent. We had an issue with the parking space being taken (unauthorized evidently) and Nicole responded immediately and gave us another space in the garage. We were happy with our stay!

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

George’s place was nice for getting some work done and was in walking distance of both the training sessions I had to attend this week, and a variety of dining options. Kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this apartment if you want a quiet spot that right in the middle of things.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Fantastic place! Great location—walkable to many shops and restaurants and transportation. Very quaint area. Danielle’s place was clean and the check-in staff were super friendly and recommended lots of things for us. Only recommendation I’d have is to have a hairdryer available in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

The house is great- very nice size and quality. Very close to the water and a bunch of restaurants. The area feels really safe and was quiet as well. Eileen was very nice & responsive to our questions re: Fan and Wifi, etc. Would stay again!

Clean home came as pictured and described. As previously noted, more kitchen items (utensils, coffee cups, etc) would be helpful but not a major problem. Bedrooms and bathrooms as well as house were clean. Easy transit to Boston, providence, Newport and the cape. Ha was immediately responsive to questions or messages.

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

This property was in a perfect location for our family to celebrate a graduation. Plenty of space and it felt like home. Peter and Leslie were great hosts.

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Namaste. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and the back garden was just perfect - we felt very welcome and our hosts were great. We received excellent recommendations for restaurants and they left us with plenty of information on things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to have the opportunity to stay once again. I am only sorry we could not stay longer. Thank you!
