Holiday rentals with a kayak in Aquidneck Island

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

The cottage was in a great location, walking to the cutest waterfront coffee / ice cream shop (Sunset Cove) and other great restaurants, such as 15 Point. The decor was tasteful and nice. The only downsides were: sloped floor (you feel like you’ll slip forward off the couch), and the bed was extremely firm/hard. I do appreciate, however, Carolyn trying to offer a solution during our stay (adding a mattress pad), which sadly we didn’t have time to purchase. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved Portsmouth, as it was close to Newport and an easy drive to Boston!

Very cute, comfortable, and clean cottage right on the water. Easy to find with multiple food spots in walking distance. Albert was very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting the area!

We had an amazing experience! Love the house, clean and neat, beautiful decorated, peaceful and quiet neighborhood, great location. It is clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel like at home. Marisa was incredible welcoming, responsive and thoughtful throughout our visit and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go. Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this beautiful property. Stunning home on the water. Everything we needed was there at the home. Home is pristine. The area was beautiful. Great walking areas and some great restaurants in the immediate area. Short drive to Newport or other surrounding areas. The host was excellent. There to answer any questions we had and never had to wait long for a response. Great stay!

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was an amazing place to stay for our long weekend. It was immaculate, cozy, and the perfect location for walks or short drives to the water and restaurants. It was great to wake up and have coffee outside on the porch taking in the beautiful view. Lauren was super responsive from check-in to check-out and even before. It was a very wonderful place to stay; a very nice cozy place for a few people to enjoy. Kayaking out back was great for anyone who wanted a nice chill day.

Amazing sunrise views from every room enticing you outdoors on this waterfront property. In town for a college graduation so just passing through but my son did hop on a kayak and take a few casts the morning we were packing up. Good and easy communication. Just lovely!

Quaint home, we slept comfortably in the main bedroom. Beautiful surroundings and view off the deck. I really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area.

Bill's place is a very clean and comfortable updated coastal cottage only 1 house from the water with water views from the living room window. You have access to chairs right by the cove. We enjoyed watching the egrets and the peaceful surroundings. Beds were comfortable; nice bathroom and kitchen and sunroom would be great in cooler weather. Bill is a very responsive, kind and helpful host and provided area info and restaurant recommendations. Location can't be beat; only 1/2 block from a beautiful walk by the water. Would love to go back- highly recommend!

Home and area were beautiful! Everything was well stocked for our month-long stay, and they even had a jar of dog treats that our pup was very grateful for. Loved that the home was right off of a beautiful run/bike bath too. Great restaurants close by and a yoga studio within walking distance. We had a great time, thank you!

The home was as described in the listing. Amber was very responsive, kind, and made us feel welcomed. We stayed at Amber’s home to attend a concert in the area. If we’re in the area in the future, I would book this house again.

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

We had a great weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. Great outdoor space on the water where we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. Friendly neighbors and great to cook in with all the supplies we needed! Would love to visit again in warmer weather.
