I cannot emphasize enough the highest level of customer service, hospitality, and pleasantry our hosts provided. Our stay was exceptional even with a power outage (terrible storm, trees went down, messed up the power line) and a WiFi issue (not sure why). Our hosts were on the phone with us, helping us trouble shoot, and were SO accommodating. All accommodations were pristine and allowed perfect rest and relaxation. Thank you so much!

We cannot say enough good things about the property. Nora, our host, was on top communications. Check-in was a breeze. The property was first-rate. The accommodations and baths allowed our guests both room and privacy, while still having a large gathering place for meals and socializing. We had our extended family stay there and used the property for a family reunion. Great place to entertain, giant living area and kitchen and a basement retreat for games and sports or movie watching. Tremendous amount of deck space. Thanks so much. They even went the extra mile and did a trash pick up part way through our stay. First class place, first class service.

Hands down the best cottage we've ever stayed at! Alex's place exceeded all expectations — it's even more stunning in person than in the photos. The cottage is spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with thoughtful touches. The basement is a game-lover’s dream, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. They’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The hot tub at night was a highlight, and the outdoor barrel sauna was such a unique and relaxing experience. The location is perfect — very private and peaceful, yet just a short walk to Jackson’s Point for ice cream, cute shops, and great restaurants. So much to love about this spot — we can’t wait to come back!

We had a group of 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 1-10yo, and there was plenty of space for everything we needed to do! All were entertained and enjoyed the outside and inside spaces, especially the pickleball/basketball area, hot tub, pool (although very cold in May), foosball. There were a few things that didn't work but nothing major and hosts were very responsive with help. Very clean even for a pet-friendly place. Would definitely recommend for large groups with kids of pretty much any age. The hosts also provide a online guide that contains lots of tips and local recommendations, very helpful. Forsyth Nature Center (and playground) and Kingston Farmers Market (both free) were highlights for us.

Top shelf accommodations, location and amenities! The view from every window was amazing! The concierge service and locked lobby made us feel safe. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and stocked fridge. We enjoyed every aspect of this rental; from the high quality furnishings to the community pool, hot tub, fitness center and ping pong table. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. So many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Communication was great before and during our stay. They were very responsive to all questions asked. The only disappointment we had was that the advertised airport UBER reimbursement was not honored. Other than this, everything was positive. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

The house is stunning, with breathtaking lake views that made every moment feel special. The layout was perfect—spacious, beautifully designed suites for couples, and even the room with six beds felt high-end and incredibly comfortable. The hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and making memories. The kitchen was large and well-appointed, with everything we needed for cooking and serving. The landscaping and outdoor furniture added to the luxurious feel. A huge highlight was the boat service—absolutely impeccable! The team was fabulous, and communication was seamless through their app, making everything so easy. Plenty of parking, a great location, and top-tier amenities—this home exceeded all expectations.
