Campsite holiday rentals in Appalachian Mountains

Amazing. Such a peaceful spot by the water. We had such a nice relaxing time. The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, and the outdoor space and kayaks kept everyone entertained all weekend. My whole family enjoyed their stay and talking to some of the other guests at night be the firepit. It was also fun watching everyone work on their boats. This airbnb is a hidden gem in Edgemere. We can’t wait to stay again!

Jim was so flexible. At first I thought i was going to get there early on friday so I wrote him if I could check in early. He said I could be there at noon. We did not end up leaving texas until friday evening so we arrived around 10 am on saturday. The place looked so amazing I still wanted to stay an extra day anyway, I asked if I could add an extra day to my stay since we missed the friday (of course we meant to pay) and he said we definitely could and since we missed friday we could stay the extra day for free! I intended to pay but he said it was fine! Then he walked my kids and I through the main property. The deck, the boathouse, the lake! Wow!!!! It was so beautiful and peaceful! It was like a scene from a movie. Jim offered up sodas and waters and told us if we needed any we can get some at anytime. Walked us inside the main house and said we could get coffee and overall a great and kind host. While out he was messaging me on the AirBNB app to suggest places to visit! 🙌🏼

My experience was nothing less that fantastic! This cute little camper filled all of my needs and expectations and Rebecca was a wonderful host with just the perfect amount of attention so as to make sure my stay was great. I actually slept longer and more restful than I do at home! It's good to know about Sacred Willow as I'll be returning to the Asheville area often in the near future.

We had an amaxing weekend at Roddy's place. He was an amazing host, we felt right at home. There were lots of amenities for us to enjoy. Had a wonderful experience 👌

The Grove was everything my partner and I were looking for. It was beautiful and secluded and nature was in full swing of spring. The cabin at The Grove is a very cozy home to spend time resting after spending hours walking the trails on the property.

This was a beautiful and fun location. We had a great time — both adults and kids enjoyed.

I had a great stay here! The place had everything that I needed. There was great wifi access and I was able to work here. The area was beautiful and I woke up to birds every morning. James was friendly and an all around great host. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to the Asheville area. I hope to visit again!

We only stayed one night, but my kids immediately asked if we could come back next time we are out that way. We had a great time glamping, enjoyed the hot tub, played some games, watched a move, and the kitchen was well stocked to cook any type of meal. It was a perfect way to spend some quailty time with my two youngest (12 and 15) after a long day of driving. Ryan was incredibly proactive with directions and helpful tips about the property. Highly recommend this updated vintage oasis!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the dog-friendly touches — it made traveling with our pup so much easier and more enjoyable. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, perfect location for exploring and winery hopping! You can tell a lot of care went into making this a welcoming space. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at AirStream with our cat. It’s very cozy and cute, in a breathtaking, peaceful location. We enjoyed watching fauna, including rabbits, turtles, and woodpeckers. We hope to come back and stay longer.

Very peaceful glamping experience. Ryann has done a great job on making the RV into a cozy Airbnb. My sister and I had a nice stay.

I was shocked that the place looked even better in person than it did the pictures. The camper was clean and very spacious. We never felt cramped or anything! The bed was very comfy and the entire place was stocked with everything you’d need. We really enjoyed our stay. It was pretty secluded and very private while still being close enough to everything for convenience. We loved watching the fireflies at night and there was always a deer or bunny to observe while hanging out around the fire pit. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Louisville!

We had a great time here, especially playing in the creek! Loved all the convenience of a campsite set-up and ready to use. Charming and host was very responsive. Appreciated the thoughtfulness and enjoyed morning coffee on the porch with the sound of the creek. Farm setting was beautiful.

Wonderfully peaceful time with lots of fun things for children to do. Good campfire set up, extremely clean RV and the surrounding farm animals made for a special experience (chickens, goats with their babies and the sweetest donkey who loved to cuddle in through the fence). Would recommend especially for someone with busy children as this place slowed my 6 year old son right down.

Perfect and secluded. It was wonderful for our much needed getaway. Deb has obviously put a lot of time and thought into this place and we’re so glad we were able to see it for ourselves. Everything was fantastic

The rating speaks for itself. Jane and Darren are truly the most attentive and accommodating hosts you could ask for with an Airbnb. And not only that, but there is even more that comes with the campsite compared to what is said is provided. They are always there to help with anything. AND THE LOCATION!!! You cannot find a better place for the price anywhere! We will definitely be staying here in the new season next year!

Super cool airstream!!! Friendly and nice place. We had so much fun exploring the area. Very convenient for all the stuff to do around there. We would definitely stay again!!!

Cute place to stay, It is rural so be prepared for that, some mud, bugs etc. Didn't bother us. (In the tiny home was spotless when we arrived) Lots to do around, but most of it is a small drive. Make sure the check out the local towns as they are pretty cool!

There aren’t enough words to describe how much we loved our stay at the Treehouse! From the moment we arrived it felt like a dream. The property was gorgeous and peaceful. The “treehouse” was beautifully decorated and spacious. And the hosts could not have been more welcoming and kind! We originally booked for 1 night but decided to stay for 2 after only a few hours of arriving. The hot tub was pristine… clean and well maintained. There was plenty of firewood available for our use and there were no bugs… which I couldn’t believe!!! These hosts go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have an unforgettable experience. We were so grateful they shared their little slice of heaven with us and cannot wait to return! The best of the best!

This RV was a phenomenal weekend escape, highly recommended. Quite, peaceful location at a very scenic spot. RV was spacious and very comfortable and Susan and Jeff were very gracious hosts.
