Exclusive access to the waterfront balcony, interior courtyard, and all areas of the house which are for you and you only! You'll have access to the entire condo which occupies the entire 3rd and most of the 2nd floor (there is a women's fashion boutique on the 1st floor and a small studio apartment with separate entrance on the 2nd floor). Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. If you prefer privacy, you'll have as much as you want, and I've included lots of local tips and recommendations in our House Guide for you to explore on your own. If you're looking for opinions, input, ideas, etc... then I'm more than happy to be a resource for you! I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).

Middleton Place Plantation is an 18th century rice plantation and National Historic Landmark and is home to the oldest landscaped gardens in America (www.middletonplace.org). Downtown Charleston is a short 20 minute drive. Charleston has repeatedly been named the # 1 city in America by Travel and Leisure. Founded in 1670, Charleston has history, beautifully restored and maintained buildings, and some of the best restaurants in the country. It's advisable to make dinner reservations well in advance. (www.charlestoncvb.com) Guests have full privacy with private, separate staircase to guest suite, a 400 square foot room over a detached garage overlooking the golf course. There are 21 total steps to the guest suite with no elevator. There is an outdoor deck with chairs overlooking the golf course. The property is set beside a golf course on the outskirts of Charleston, west of the Ashley River. A variety of dining and shopping is a short drive away.

Uber/Lyft is also readily accessible and most convenient plus public transportation throughout the city. There is lots of street parking available on Pennsylvania, Fargo & West. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary serving & cooking amenities. The bathroom is loaded with clean towels & toiletries. We're a 2 minute walk to popular hotspot Tipico Coffee shop with WiFi, 7 minute walk to Allen St; loaded with trendy restaurants and craft cocktail bars, 10 minute Uber to Key Bank Centre (716 & Buffalo Sabres), 5 minute drive to the Peace Bridge to Canada, 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls and a 45 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the heart of Canada's wine country.

Another Charleston way to get around is to use a pedi-cab, this is a great way to get around and chat with locals who can tell you many interesting things about the city. Once you’re at the transit stop both options take about a 20 - 30 minute to downtown. There are other bus lines nearby that take you other places (i.e. McCormick Place) - feel free to ask us for help when you arrive. Street parking is free in certain areas for those who are driving. We are a 20 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport and 40 minutes from O'Hare without heavy traffic, double these estimates if traffic is heavy (rush hour, accidents, etc).
