Great spot for a stay in Louisville. Jason was a great host and provided tons of details about the house. I would recommend staying here if you come to Louisville.

Despite the rainy Derby weekend, our stay at James's Louisville home was absolutely PERFECT! The central location made it easy to get to all the Derby festivities while giving us a warm, dry haven to return to after the races. The eclectic artwork throughout the house created such a unique atmosphere - each room offered something new to discover and appreciate. James was an exceptional host - responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This gem in Louisville turned our rainy Derby weekend into a memorable experience. I had a great time at Lisa's place! It was very comfortable and there were lots of restaurants to choose from right down the street. The courtyard was very cozy and a great place to have a cup of coffee. Lisa provided snacks and drink options and was very quick to respond. The bunk bed was fun and comfy but definitely a bit of a hike to get into, that being said, I would definitely stay again!
