Very good Airbnb - clean, great host, comfortable beds and extremely close to some magnificent beaches!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Beautiful apartment with excellent restaurant recommendations from Francesca! We particularly loved Arke and the local Enoteca. Road parking was never available during our stay, but there was a very affordable car park around the corner.

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato fin sopra le aspettative . Lui, una bella persona, il check in è stato facile, si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni circa spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, ci ha mostrato il posto auto ( una vera fortuna se si soggiorna a Villasimius , in quanto ci sono solamente posti a pagamento) e ci ha mostrato la casa, spiegando dettagliatamente sia i comfort che ovviamente anche il come mantenerla ( il che l abbiamo trovato davvero utile visto che in Sardegna , da noi no, si usa fare la differenziata in modo che ogni giorno venga portato fuori un determinato cestino per la raccolta). La casa era ancora più bella che in foto, pulitissima, non mancava nulla, un bellissimo terrazzo al piano terra e un balconcino al primo piano vista mare. Inoltre l’alloggio si trova esattamente in centro a Villasimius, quindi per le serate estive anche molto molto comodo. Insomma l’esperienza merita tutte e 5 le stelle!! Grazie Marco.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Thanks

Wir waren zu zweit vier Tage und Nächte im sehr schönen und auch sehr schön gelegenen Haus von Renato. Das Haus ist in die hügelige Landschaft eingepasst; wir haben die untere Wohnung bewohnt. Man kann den Tag gut vor Ort verbringen, es gibt Hängematten, Außendusche, Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Hühner, freundliche kleine Nachbarshunde, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und auch ein mit dem Auto schnell erreichbares sehr gutes Restaurant. Man kann auch sehr schöne Tage an den vielen Stränden der Umgebung zubringen.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans le logement de Camilla. La maison est superbe, dispose d'un grand jardin au milieu des pins, et se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée qui donne accès à une plage privée. La maison est bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (dans toutes les pièces), y compris des jeux pour les enfants, etc., on y sent la vie. Qui plus est, Camilla est très réactive et a eu la gentillesse de prévoir un lit bébé, une chaise haute et une gamelle pour notre petit chien. Le seul bémol est qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un logement entier mais seulement d'une partie (accès à une partie du jardin et au rez-de-chaussée uniquement) mais heureusement il n'y avait personne à l'étage à ce moment-là.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

Eine sehr schön und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, im oberen Geschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und zwei Bädern, im Untergeschoss ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer. Im kleinen Garten draussen hat es einen weitern Sitzplatz und einen tollen Gasgrill zu verfügung. Der Pool wird mit den umliegenden Wohnungen geteilt, was aber kein Problem war. Im Oktober war der Pool aber schon recht kühl. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung, wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von tollen Stränden entfernt. Vielen lieben Dank

Logement neuf situé au sous-sol de la maison de Cristina ce qui le rend très frais. Spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. Conforme aux photos Vous logerez à l’entrée de Cagliari proche des plages. Le jardin est très jolie et bien entretenu bien qu’il soit le long d’une route principale (un peu bruyant mais logement au calme) Cristina est une hôte très gentille qui se rendra disponible pour vous accueillir et sera présente tout au long de votre séjour pour vous aider et vous donner des conseils durant votre séjour

Diese Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und für einen Strandurlaub perfekt! Die Lage in Strandnähe war ideal und die Wohnung selbst entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Daniela war zudem sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns vor der Ankunft alles erklärt und stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und würden sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Location meravigliosa , appartamento pulito e nuovo , con patio esterno grande e ben attrezzato , piscina in comune pulita e a disposizione lettini e sdraio , doccia esterna calda una vera meraviglia ! Paolo , il proprietario, una persona a dir poco disponibile , simpatica e gentile ! Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole visitare le spiagge dei dintorni , tutte a pochi km!

La villetta e' in una posizione splendida con un prato tenuto perfettamente a due passi dall'acqua cristallina. Il patio regala tramonti mozzafiato e per chi si alza presto come me, prendere un caffe all alba e' un esperienza energizzante. La casa ci e' stata presentata pulitissima e in ordine. La signora e' stata gentilissima fin dal primo momento e ogni volta che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ha risposto immediatamente. Siamo stati tre giorni a Giugno io,mia moglie e il mio labrador, ci sono davvero serviti per ricaricare le batterie. Consigliatissima.

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Perfecto para ir con tu pareja, la zona preciosa y justo en el centro de Castello. Muy bien equipada. Vitor muy atento y simpático.

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Qué gusto encontrarse alojamientos así. Llevaba mucho sin estar en un alojamiento como este. Últimamente solo encuentro en Airbnb apartamentos sin personalidad. Este apartamento está lleno de vida, de estilo y de belleza. Está súper céntrico, tiene aparcamiento gratuito y estaba muy limpio. Ojalá y encontrar más este tipo de alojamientos por aquí. Sin duda, el mejor alojamiento de todo mi viaje. Un 10 para Mauro también, fue muy amable y atento en nuestra llegada.
