Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Villasimius

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Wir haben 4 Tage in der ruhigen Oase von Carla verbracht. Nach turbulenten Tagen in touristisch überlaufenenden Gegenden, ist ihre Unterkunft der perfekte Rückzugsort um abzuschalten und runter zu kommen. Die Umgebung überzeugt vor allem durch traumhafte Strände, wer schicke Restaurants, Fußgängerzonen zum bummeln und Bars sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir haben es genossen im örtlichen Supermarkt (toll ausgestattet obwohl er echt klein ist) einzukaufen und frische italienische Lebensmittel zum kochen nutzen zu können. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen, lesen und genießen ein. Alles ist sehr gut gepflegt, sogar frische selbst gepflückte Beeren und selbst gebackenen Kuchen hat uns Carla gebracht.

Sehr schönes Appartement und sehr freundliche Gastgeber in einer Traimgegend (perfekte Strände und dauernd gutes Wetter). Gute Empfehlungen der Gastgeber zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Un séjour parfait dans un écrin paradisiaque, un petit bout de la Sardaigne rien que pour nous, des hôtes d'une gentillesse incomparable, d'une discrétion totale, toujours à l'écoute, un accueil merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions gourmandes, un lieu exceptionnel pour pouvoir explorer le Sud de cette belle île, un séjour que nous n'oublierons jamais. Merci Francy et Léandro vous êtes au top !

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation, der nette Empfang und auch die guten Tipps, fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und den super schönen Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon. Wir konnten an einem Morgen sogar Delfine beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch fanden wir den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle super. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!

The property looks like the photos, but being situated above the sea with private views, bbq, outdoor shower, balconies and a private path into the sea was even better than expected! The property was clean and the kitchen and WiFi were easy to use. The second bedroom is small and dark, but comfortable for sleeping. We enjoyed the peace and quiet with easy walking to the grocery store, restaurants and the local beach. I cannot wait to return!!!

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Paolo war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns super herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer.

Cinzia noua a très bien accueilli, elle est sympathique et a l'écoute. le logement et top et en plein centre ville. je recommande

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Super miejsce, cudowny taras z pięknym widokiem, miejsce przestronne, wygodne, okolica rewelacyjna, łóżko wygodne, wszystko co niezbędne znajduje się w mieszkaniu, wszędzie blisko. W centralnym miejscu miasta, wiele atrakcji w okolicy. Bardzo nam się podobało!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft in Costa Rei. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ort und das Meer. Nathalie und Marino waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Erholungsfaktor 100 %. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great unit! Perfect central neighborhood making navigating Cagliari simple. Franco made us feel right at home during our check in. We will stay here again for a future trip.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Cagliari! Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen – mitten in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Frederico war super freundlich – wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen. Auch der Check-In war flexibel und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Pro: posizione splendida, con doppio affaccio (anche se con casa di fronte) su poetto e molentargius. Completamente ristrutturata. Tutto il necessario presente anche per stare più giorni. Cons: letto un po' piccolo e materasso non comodissimo. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Prezzo alto. In generale, siamo stati benissimo. Daniela sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo.

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!

Wir haben uns sofort in Stefanos Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Stefano ist super nett, hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, hat sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und Tips gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in Villasimius gelegen, trotzdem erreicht man das Ortszentrum in etwa 10 Minuten. 1 kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, 2 grössere in 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. 3 Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, alle Kochutensilien und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Mit dem Gasherd waren wir schnell vertraut. Die beiden Bäder sind top, alles funktioniert perfekt. Gute Matratzen! Vor dem Haus eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse mit einem schattigen Olivenbaum, wo man sich gerne aufhält. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um die vielen Traumstrände von Villasimius und die wunderbare Umgebung zu erkunden. Die perfekte Wohnung für einen perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank, Stefano, für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!

Séjour excellent; l'endroit est fabuleux avec cet accès direct à la mer et les rochers qui font qu'il n'y avait personne alors que les plages alentours étaient très peuplées. La terrasse est extra et l'appartement très équipé avec tous les appareils ménagers et beaucoup de détails et d'attentions et tous les produits basiques sont là. Les kayaks et autres masques, palmes, jeux de plages; transats etc ont été très appréciés ausi! Orazio a été extrèmement sympathique déjà bien avant notre arrivée et a meme accepté de recevoir pour nous des gros colis arrivés une semaine avant notre séjour. Il nous a aussi aussi donné des recommandations de lieux à visiter ou d'évènements. Bref c'était parfait et nous espérons revenir un jour.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento di Lucio è stato davvero gradevolissimo. La casa è fornita di tutto con una terrazza spaziosa e incantevole. Zona silenziosissima, molto tranquilla e sicura con facilità di parcheggio e anche a piedi si raggiunge facilmente la parte più viva della città. I padroni di casa gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. Davvero consigliatissimo.
