Great & spotless appartement for a small family! Very tastefull interior design, nice bedding and towels, comfortable bed, nice garden and outdoor kitchen and even washing mashine. And especially Andrea is very friendly & helpfull but leaving enough private space. Perfect host.👌 Grazie mille

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und uns richtig wohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der gut in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist riesig. Luca vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und gab uns ein paar Tips bzgl. Essen gehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Schöne und gepflegte, ländlich gelegene Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Swimmingpool mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Francesco ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit und steht bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch tägliche Empfehlungen erhält man bei ihm. Die Unterkunft und vor allem die Küche enthält alles was man braucht.

Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos. Bien équipé. Literie propre et confortable. Logement calme. Climatisation appréciable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Carolina, elle a toujours été réactive et arrangeante pour nos demandes. Seul tout petit bémol, lors de notre séjour nous n’avions pas accès au wifi à cause d’un problème de box mais cela n’a pas eu un réel impact sur notre séjour. Sinon tout était très bien, je recommande ! Grazie mille Carolina 🙂

La maison et le jardin de Cristina sont très bien entretenus. Les chiens sont très bien élevés et ont fait la joie des enfants. Il y a de belles plages à proximité. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour faciliter les déplacements à la plage.

Marco est un hôte super sympa et très accueillant. Toujours disponible à n’importe quelle heure. Je recommande vivement. Ma famille et moi avons passé une semaine inoubliable. Un grand merci à vous Marco 😊

Perfect stay for a group of 30-year-olds. The house is one street away from the beach where the water is so clear and calm, we all took dips every single morning. Only one bathroom, but it is VERY spacious. The shower is a bit small and tight, but it does the job. The house is very nice and clean. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but again... it does the job. The house is well equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a long stay; laundry, hangers, a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil possible, beach chairs, etc. Last but not least, the owner of the house is a total sweetheart. She is one of the best hosts we've ever had, she's responsive, friendly, educated, and helpful.... we hope one day, we can come back again.

Super! Einen tollen Ansprechpartner Vorort! Zu Fuß gleich am Meer. Leider hat der Supermarkt, der unmittelbar in der Nähe ist nur zur Hauptsaison geöffnet. Man muss mit dem Auto nach Pula fahren. Das ist aber nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Wir (meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich) waren für zwölf Nächte vor Ort und haben uns permanent sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom dortigen Strand entfernt in ruhiger Lage. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben an alles gedacht, um einen problemlosen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Kohde sijaitsee tunnelmallisessa ympäristössä, hieno kasvillisuus ympäriillä. Kohteessa on kaikki tarvittavat. Viihdyttiin kovasti.

Sabrina è stata molto disponibile, precisa e premurosa, le operazioni di check in e out sono state veloci e senza complicazioni. L’appartamento è come descritto nell’annuncio, lo spazio all’aperto per chi come noi viene dalla città è una boccata di aria fresca e la vista vale certamente il “biglietto”.

Wat een mooie lokatie om onze vakantie te mogen doorbrengen. Het huis is heel compleet ingericht. Louisiana is echt heel aardig en gastvrij. Zijn goed bereikbaar via whats app. Wij voelden ons heel erg welkom. Het zwembad is echt heerlijk. Wij voelden ons heel erg verwend.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand mit super netten Vermietern. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern angereist sind wurde extra die Bettensituation auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst und sogar jede Menge Spielzeug extra bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation war auf italienisch unkompliziert (es gibt ja Übersetzungsapps). In den Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir haben die zwei Badezimmer sehr geschätzt, da wir mit zwei Parteien unterwegs waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ritornato a Costa Rey con la mia famiglia nel mese di giugno. Pierluigi ci ha accolto con garbo e simpatia. La casa ha tutti i pregi che si desiderano con qualche tocco in più. A qualche minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti, panoramica e super confortevole. Bagni e cucina nuovissimi e super attrezzati, internet veloce e parcheggio privato accanto all’ingresso. Spero di poter tornare nuovamente. Grazie ancora Pierluigi a te e alla tua famiglia per l’accoglienza.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Giacomo è una persona squisita, sempre disponibile. L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è dotato di ogni comfort: divano, TV, aria condizionata, tapparelle elettriche, frigorifero, microonde, bollitore… insomma, non manca davvero nulla. Inoltre, l’appartamento dispone di una bellissima terrazza con vista sui boschi di Arbus. Il bagno è moderno e dotato di un ampio box doccia. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Non è solo la struttura ad essere bella, ma anche la cura e l’attenzione di chi la gestisce rendono il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un bellissimo ricordo, grazie!

l'appartamento di Matteo si trova in pieno centro adiacente una piazzetta molto carina con tanta scelta di locali per mangiare o bere qualcosa. l'appartamento è molto carino e pulito con tutti i confort per trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. matteo è un superhost con comunicazione veloce ed efficiente il check in semplice e dettagliato. grazie Matteo per la pazienza e la disponibilità.

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez daniele. Le logement est très grand, fonctionnel et qui plus est très propre. Quant à daniele il est très réactif et très amical. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Daniele. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Logement super, lieu top, hôtes très accueillants ! Audrey propose un appartement très très mignon, propre, dans un endroit calme. Il y’a également à disposition un parasol, des chaises pour la plage et même des jeux pour enfants! Un petit cadeau de bienvenu nous attendait à notre arrivée ! Audrey et son mari sont d’une très grande gentillesse, nous avons eu un petit problème de fourmis (problème connu sur l’île, ce n’est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes!!!) , mais Audrey et son mari ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien ! Ils se sont même déplacés dans l’appartement pour tenter de trouver une solution pour se débarrasser de ses fourmis…. Nous recommandons ce logement (aussi pour une petite famille c’est vraiment vraiment super)!
