Ferruccio and Beatrice were wonderful hosts! They were very responsive and communicative. They met us at the water taxi and it was only a short walk to the apartment. They allowed us to check in early, and were very responsive throughout our trip. The garden is beautiful and the canal view outside the bedroom window was a treat! We loved staying here and would recommend to other guests. Grazie mille!

Perfect place to visit Venice. There are several transportation options to get to the islands in a few minutes. The apartment is impeccable, with great facilities in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Antonella was super helpful with information about restaurants, markets and tips about Venice.
