Townhome holiday rentals in Venice

We are now in Gerard's house for the 4th time and have felt comfortable as always. From the hassle-free check-in to the first coffee on the roof terrace to the check-out, everything was perfect. Lilia was very helpful and we are looking forward to our next time.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

It was an older apartment but matched the description. We rented out both apartments which worked out great for our families. Top floor was quiet at night but family voiced their apartment was noisy at night. Overall, great stay.

I was in Venice with my two kids and their grandma, and the house was perfect both for staying in as well as exploring the city. The location is very convenient and central. The house is spacious, offering lots of room for kids to play, and adults to rest. Only the toilet/bathroom was quite small, making it a little bit inconvenient for four persons, especially since there is only one. But that was a minor inconvenience that does not change how at home we were able to feel here! Thank you again for having us, we enjoyed it very much!

We loved it. The house was clean and fully equipped for everything. The kitchen with inventory is a dream for large cooking actions and enjoying its meal in the enclosed, romantic courtyard. The house is on a main walkway, a bit noisy in the evening, but goes. The location is super central for that. You can walk to everything ( 20 minutes to St. Mark's Square) or by vaporetto. From this station you can come in all directions, also to the surrounding islands e.g. Burano, Murano. Supermarkets are also quite close about 70 m. We also liked the 3 bathrooms in the house, no morning traffic jams. Oh yes, to mention is the small romantic Romeo and Juliet balcony. Great for getting together.... I hope you all have fun there

Great spot surrounded by lovely little restaurants, and all amenities close by. Communication and access to the property was easy and convenient! Superb place to stay and explore Venice!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and two guests. It's also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us! The swimming pool was a great way to start our mornings with a refreshing swim. The property features a small garden with parking space for one car and direct access to the main room, adding to the convenience. The location is ideal, a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to Jesolo's main boulevard, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and vibrant nightlife. Marta and her mom were incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lido di Jesolo!

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

The house is beautiful, spacious, equipped with every comfort, well located to visit Padua and Venice. Beautiful outdoor spaces that we have unfortunately made little use for the shortness of the stay. We had a great time. The host Andrea and his partner were extremely kind and helpful in accommodating our requests. Overall a great experience.

Cozy and clean townhouse in a good location (3 min to the beach). Perfect for 3 couples, each having a floor of their own. Friendly and responsive host. All we needed for a great vacay 😊

Mrs. Marina was always aware of my check-in process. She provided me the airport pickup service, which I value a lot, because it helped me a lot to get to her home early and be able to rest. Your accommodation is in a safe and quiet area. It is very comfortable and beautiful. Her husband transported me several times, which greatly facilitated my travels. They, they behaved wonderfully and made me feel right at home. Thank you to Mrs. and her husband Visma for being so kind, generous and not excellent hosts. I highly recommend them. See you soon!

This was one of my best experiences on AirBnB. Max was extremely welcoming and generous, going so far as to pick me up from the train station (he also dropped me off for departure). The room is very comfortable and I felt right at home. Treviso has lots of charm and Casa Gatta added a lot to my visit. I highly recommend it!

We stayed with four children and had a relaxing time. The furnishing is modern and it was all very clean. The path to the beach (Relax Beach) is about 5 minutes and thanks to reserved loungers a dream. The sea is very suitable due to the shallow water, especially for small children. A playground is also available and the prices at the beach bar are absolutely fair. A secret tip is the restaurant "Buca di bacco", about 500m from the property. We would come back. The contact with Claudio was always friendly and we were answered all questions quickly.

Beautiful home, well placed and a perfect base for a stay in Venice. Highly recommended
