Monthly Rentals in Venice Canals

Mike was fantastic about communication! The checkin process was extremely smooth and was relatively clean when I arrived. I always provide my own bedding at an AirBnB, but I did notice none of the towels were washed and same with the bedding upon arrival. The building's laundry system is super easy to navigate and it was a pleasant surprise to see a cooling unit installed - even though the unit doesn't have A/C built in! The location is extremely accessible to a lot of fantastic Venice tourist locations, but the street parking is just a little sketchy. All around I found this place to be a great spot in Venice and a rare find when it comes to hospitality!

We just had the best stay ever, we didn’t want to leave! The house and neighborhood were amazing, we can’t wait to come back! This house on the canals has ideal location to the beach, Abbott Kinney, shops, and half hour drive to both Universal and Disneyland which the kids loved! The canals were decorated so nicely for Christmas, it was a great time to visit! Ben was super responsive and lovely to work with. Top notch service and home!

Jo was incredibly attentive and helpful (overnighting a new coffee maker, having ahmadyman change smoke detector batteries, sending us music events nearby during our stay). The canals are magical, it’s a very relaxing stay.

DeAnna was very welcoming from the first day I arrived. And oh those plants, and flowers!!!! Truly a comfortable place. DeAnna and her husband were a joy to have around. I would stay there again, for sure.
