Recline on the sun loungers after barbecuing and dining on the deck while enjoying the canal and city views. Then climb the spiral staircase from the comfy, modernist living area to the mezzanine bed, to sleep between high thread-count sheets.
“Awesome property and location. The loft is great and very comfortable. Stylish and the pictures are accurate. Very spacious with an open and bright layout. Outside area is a huge plus. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about booking!”
Large studio loft apartment less than one block from the beach on a walk street in Venice with private roofdeck. This owner-architect designed loft is unique and part of a property that was featured in the LA Times home section.
“The unit is immaculately clean and great location for being close to the beach and all the restaurants and nightlife nearby. The rooftop is a beautiful place to have cocktails and dinner and enjoy the sunset over the mountains. Amazing collection of books; wish I had time to just stay home and read. Has the vibe of a New York loft, but you are only five minutes from the beach. After being around the crowds of Venice it's a zen-like peaceful atmosphere to recharge in. I would highly recommend it to young people, definitely not for a family. You have to climb a steep ladder to get to the bed in the loft, stairs to get to the unit and more stairs to get to the roof. Not a good place to have wild parties, better to do that at the beach and then come home to tranquility. Very well stocked kitchen if you want to cook, and the cold beers in the fridge were a welcome treat on our arrival”
This is a 1 bedroom guest house with air conditioning that overlooks the famous Venice Canals. Guests get their own parking spot & have access to a shared hot tub. The guest house is completely private inside and only the Airbnb guests have access to it. The only part of the property that is shared is the backyard/hot tub with the homeowner.
“We had a fantastic stay at Mackenzie’s Airbnb. It is seriously a gem of a place. From the location, to the provided amenities, to her thoughtful and caring hospitality, I felt like this place was my favorite Airbnb to date. I loved the thoughtful touches like coffee table books on Venice Beach and the first aid kit, which came in handy when we had a bit of a scooter accident. Next time I visit the LA area, I’m definitely going to try staying at this place again. :)”
