I really enjoyed my stay, almost felt like my actual home. Monet was an awesome host! she was very communicative and responded to all of my questions quickly. the place overall was nice, clean & cozy. think my only complaint was that she said smoking was allowed on the balcony, even had an astray out there for convenience however, there was a neighbor above who does not like smoke and yells to stop smoking. So just be prepared to deal with that or do the long walk outside each time you want a cigarette. other than that, awesome spot, convenient location, great experience would book again!

Great location in Hollywood, quick uber away from most of the main tourist attractions in the area. There’s also a grocery store down stairs from the apartment which is handy and a 711 across the road. AJ was a great host and made my stay in LA super easy.

Julia’s apartment was beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable. While we spent the weekend there we used the gym, pool, and hot tub…all were very clean. Julia was very responsive to messages and her instructions for check in were spot on with photos that made finding our parking and the apartment seamless. We will definitely stay in her place next time we visit. 😁

We had a great stay at Peter’s place in Marina del Rey. The home was clean, neat, and exactly as described. Peter was a fantastic host, very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay and to explore the surroundings. The unit is facing inward, which means less noise but at the same time no view of outside. This could be preferable to some people. Very peaceful and cozy. Perfect place to get a good rest after exploring LA.

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and were very thankful for the hospitality. Will definitely be returning in the future for more events in downtown LA.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

This place was excellent for our family of 7. Everything was as described and Ka always responded to my messages. We were unable to get the fire pit working (User error, I'm sure) but the evening weather was so great, we didn't miss it at all. The pool table was the biggest hit and made every night our perfect wind down activity after our family days out and about the big city. Only negative is the next door neighbors have a dog that woke us up daily around 5am barking for at least an hour straight. Every. Single. Day. But we are early birds so personally, it wasn't the most inconvenient. We would definitely stay again.

What a perfect Airbnb. Location was great. Was able to walk for coffee, breakfast and dinners. Also found some great nearby shopping spots. Jean’s home is even better in person, and grows on you as you stay. Was able to relax and feel at home. Will definitely stay again.

Based on the purpose of my visit, this home was the perfect location. Jay was very responsive and accommodating throughout my visit.

Great location, loved the privacy in the back yard. the home was beautiful and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Alex and George were great communicators. walking distance to Ugly Mug which was good coffee!

We loved staying in Angela’s bungalow. We needed a place to stay while visiting family and this was perfect. Angela was a wonderful hostess. She greeted us with refreshments when we checked in, had an assortment of snacks and drinks in the unit, and even brought us cake on our last night. It felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of each day when we returned to the house. Our favorite part was Angela’s rescue dog, Bailey. She is the sweetest little dog. Since we love animals we would leave our door open and Bailey would make a daily visit for lots of snuggles and pets. We would definitely love to return when coming back to visit family in the area.

My husband, two kids (ages 17 and 20), and I were very comfortable. The beds were comfy, everything was as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. We were in town to visit family in PVE and did a lot of sightseeing. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. John was a great host and responded quickly when we had a question. There weren’t a lot of personal touches or evidence that people live there, like in some places we have stayed. But again, it was exactly as pictured and described and we had everything we really needed. We would definitely stay again.
