Monthly Rentals in Utah Junction

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Denver!

My experience at this place was, without a doubt, the best and most perfect stay I’ve ever had. Kevin is a very sociable and flexible host with a positive energy, and he’s incredibly proactive when it comes to communication. His home is exceptionally clean and well-organized, with everything you might need conveniently provided. Although it’s a shared space, the house was very quiet, calm, and gave off a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. Spending a week at Kevin’s place was nothing short of perfect—it was a truly relaxing and pleasant experience. If anyone is looking for a great place to stay in Denver, without question, Kevin’s home is the one. Oh and one more thing, the granola he makes is Absolutely delicious.

Overall had a great stay. There was some small issues that happened to come up but janice was quick to respond. The area was okay. It was close to downtown, which was nice. My family and I had a good time.

Staffs are super responsive. House is clean and easy to find. Check in/out was simple. Close to downtown and some of the attractions. Would definitely consider this place if I visit Denver again!!!
