About the host: If I could give 10 stars to Alex, I would. He was so extremely helpful and patient with us. He had provided very detailed instructions, patiently answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Quick to respond & provide any help. About the villa: the property is awesome & great for a large group. It looks just like the photos. 4 bedrooms on the second floor of the main villa, and 2 more on the bottom floor with a separate entrance. Everything was clean, the a/c worked very well and provided refuge from the heat and humidity of Tulum. The bathooms however didn’t have a/c or exhaust fans, but that didn’t bother us much. The open-air showers felt fantastic. The pool area & patio are awesome and we had a lot of fun there. The location was really good if you rent a car. It wasn’t very walkable, but it was safe and quiet. Very centrally located with main attractions close by. We loved it and highly recommend staying here! We would definitely come back :)

Beautiful property! Alexander was extraordinarily attentive and would provide anything we would need. Made a trip over to give us more towels, bug spray, and even a first aid kit that we needed. Gabriella made bookings so easy! Someone from our group left her phone on a yacht tour and they even reached out to them to retrieve it on our behalf. The house was CLEAN. Someone comes to clean the pools every morning. Property is enclosed by walls and a subtle electric fence up top. Only have two comments; consider a 4x4 vehicle if renting a car as the dirt roads on 2 or 3 spots are rough, and the AC turns off after 2 hours of run time requiring you to turn it back on. At night, the AC runs continuously in the bedrooms until the morning. All of which is completely reasonable! It cools off the house comfortably within 5 mins. It’s not quite walkable to any major areas of interest but town is 5 mins away. This was one of the only 7 bedroom villas we found. Great experience.

This was probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed at. Everything in its place is conveniently thought-out and we each loved our rooms. The double-headed showers were perfect for our couple retreat and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Large washrooms, heated pool and stunning rooftop with the hot tub made our nights memorable. Will definitely be back!

My stay at Rogelio's was amazing. From the first moment, his communication was clear and friendly, making sure he had everything necessary for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, nicely located, and full of details that made my visit even better. Undoubtedly an exceptional host who cares about their guests. I would definitely stay with him again!

This might be the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. It is even better than the pictures would have you think. Hosts were fantastic and helped schedule taxis and other activities for us for fair prices. The neighborhood is very safe, walkable day or night, and has great food.

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa in Tulum! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, there was a lovely welcome basket waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained. Daily cleaning service, fresh towels, and pool maintenance. If you’re looking for a remote, peaceful jungle vibe, this is the spot! One of the highlights was how amazing the host and concierge team were when we accidentally left a phone behind. They went above and beyond to help us get it back, and we’re so grateful for their quick support. A couple of things to keep in mind: the location is a bit remote and not super convenient but that was more on us for not researching thoroughly. Also, just a heads-up that there's only one towel provided per per person so plan accordingly if that’s important to you. Overall 9/10 :)

We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Mecca — I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and seamless experience in Tulum! The villa itself is stunning — modern, super clean, and spacious. We were a group of seven girls, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready, their own bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Our host, went above and beyond before and during our stay. She was so kind and responsive, She coordinated our transportation, and helped us book a private chef and bartender who had everything set up before we arrived  and did our grocery shopping. It was the most welcoming start to our weekend! The location was perfect and about 15 minutes ( in early May) each night to get to the beach club area.  We loved our taxi driver, Walter,  Lupita connected us with. He was  prompt, friendly, and super reliable. The two pools at the villa were a dream, the rooftop was our favorite for sun.

Exceeded our expectations - casa piedra is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous inside and out. All rooms are large - it was hard to pick a favorite! The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. AC worked like a charm. Over and above concierge service - helped us with recommendations, reservations, groceries, and a million questions. The whole team was super responsive and patient. We are so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

Iváns place was amazing and Ivan was an incredible host being available throughout the day to respond to any questions I had. He was always attentive and the property was close to the center and surrounded by wildlife ! Great stay overall !

Donna and Lauriane were amazing host. Lauriane helped us with everything we needed with not only the house but also on getting around the town and booking taxis. Thank you for everything was definitely a perfect location.

Very nice place good location. Any issues or questions we had were promptly addressed would be a great location for multiple couples due to plenty of space and privacy areas.

This property was absolutely stunning. The ambiance was incredible. The host Jhon is amazing and extremely kind. I would stay here over and over again.

House was great. Lots of space and multiple beds for a large group. Olga was super responsive to any questions. The pool is very nice, as is the courtyard and the large dining table outside. This house will work great for a large crew. Air conditioning worked well in each room. Kitchen was spacious. No oven currently but soap top and microwave in fridge were perfect for us. Only recommendation for a visitor who i is skittish about bugs or ants is that there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Olga apparently treats once a month. I know it is the jungle around there, so probably almost impossible to keep them out. You just need to keep all your food in the fridge and wash your dishes quickly. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cool upcoming Neighbourhood. Enjoy!

An excellent place to spend a comfortable and comfortable stay…the privacy and tranquility of the area was an incredible plus! They have everything to spend a comfortable stay, Claudia was super friendly and was on the lookout for our arrival. He was extremely flexible with some requirements we asked for and we loved that. If you have any doubts about choosing this place! BELIEVE ME it's totally worth it.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

12 stars out of 10! We definitely recommend staying with Sevatulum. We were here for a 30th birthday party with 11 guests and everyone absolutely loved it. As guests who like booking our own itinerary & schedule, I definitely recommend booking things & transportation through the hosts. Epi (taxi driver) was amazing and prompt for each pick up/drop off. We are a very active group, who enjoyed lounging at the beautiful villa and spontaneously leaving for meals/events/workouts. Epi was at our service the whole trip! Yes, the villa is down an unpaved road but you are still halfway between the town and beach. It was no issue at all for us. We would even walk/run to a nearby cafe some mornings. Was safe and good exercise. The hosts were extremely responsive for any of your needs or questions. The house was well prepared and had everything we needed. Booking a chef for a few meals is a must!! They were great. Overall, great experience and would book again. Tulum was incredible.

Great host, very proactive and responsive when needing anything from activities to taxis. Would highly recommend staying here, but due to the location would choose to rent a car in the future. Not the host’s fault at all, just an afterthought! All around amazing Villa, would highly recommend to anyone.

This was a very nice place. It was more than I expected. The pictures don’t do it any justice. When I walk in, I was in awe. It was one of my most favorite things about the vacation. The unit at all the amenities that you can think of. The only thing that it was missing was a dryer for your clothes. There was a washing machine with no dryer. But I still give it five stars Because everything else was so nice. It was so spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone

Our overall stay was great. The host and co-host were always responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The property was beautiful and spacious — perfect for a group trip. We especially appreciated the support when unexpected issues came up, as the host communicated clearly and worked to resolve things quickly. There were a few challenges during our stay, but the team handled them professionally and with care. We left with great memories and would definitely consider staying at one of their properties again. Super beautiful and would recommend.

This was the perfect stay for a group of girls for a bachelorette! The hosts and concierge services were the highlight of the trip and made everything SO easy for us. They responded within minutes (and we asked hundreds of questions) and went above and beyond to help plan a perfect weekend. They were extremely flexible with everything we had asked - additional chairs, change in car pickup times, helping us book reservations for activities & events. The place was spotless and looked exactly like photos and amenities were great - this place felt like an oasis! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

WOW! I can't say enough positive things about this entire experience with Yan Yan and this home in Tulum. We chose this AirBnb for my bachelorette party and all expectations were COMPLETELY surpassed. The house was stunning, clean, and the communication between us and the hosts were so easy. They made all of our reservations, they even went grocery shopping for us, and they had a cake ready when we got there because we told them one of my friend's was celebrating a birthday. They had yoga mats and workout gear on the roof, cleaners that came daily, a water filter for drinking water, air conditioning, door codes so that you felt super safe, and coordinated ALL of our transportation. This was my 2nd trip to Tulum for and will 10000% be recommending this to anyone going here! Would love to come back!! Can't recommend enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Best trip literally ever!!!!
