BEAUTIFUL. The location was pristine and right next to the water. The beach was super calm and relaxing, and Luis and Glynis were helpful and responsive. We had our wedding here and they were super proactive and helpful, making sure the beach was perfectly clean and set up right for everyone and helping with whatever else we needed

Ana was a great host, she had information on recommendations for everything in tulum. Was very helpful with our check in and check out requests, definitely would stay again

Excellent staff attention, very nice view

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

This is definitely one of the nicer buildings in la veleta. The host was so kind and super responsive. One of the best Air bnb stays I have ever had! Will definitely book with them again.

The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! The area is remote and on a dirt road approx 15-20 minutes from Tulum City which we were aware of! We enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have "door man" if you will in the building at all times for any building assistance. Jessy was very responsive!

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Villa Arghy was an awesome place....it was large enough for 8 of us to spread out and not feel crowded....the pool, the beach, all perfect...location with the security gate for the neighborhood was perfect, we always felt safe...having a cenote down the street was very nice, with a little store and bar across the street from the cenote....Lesley was awesome, and kept the place spic and span, plus the guac and pico daily was a nice touch....have her cook for you as often as you can!!!

Tropicalito is the best place i have been in Tulum. And i have been there quite few times. Louis is the best! He is always there to help you out with anything you need. Also Ivo always responds to messages right away. Highly recommend this place! We had the best time of our lives! That’s for sure 👍🏼

Our family of 10 had an amazing week in paradise! The home is absolutely beautiful & looks just like the pictures. Samuel & Marisela went above and beyond for us and truly made this the best Airbnb experience Ive ever had. From delicious dinners to fresh made beds ever day we truly felt like we were staying in a resort but with the luxury of privacy! We also loved the safety of the security at the top of the road & the crew that cleaned the sargassam every day! With there being 10 of us (9 & a toddler) we never once felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time in paradise. I felt like my toddler was safe the whole time since he couldn't access the beach or pool without climbing stairs. This is truly a family friendly home! The only con I will say is the shoreline at the house is a bit rocky but this did not stop us from taking the boats out or even just floating. The reef in the bay is truly breathtaking! 😍

Recommended very pleasant stay

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Tulum. Beach front bungalow, felt very peaceful! Annie and the entire staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Maria is a great owner of the property and she made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would Recommed this place for a beautiful peaceful getaway, from the hustle and bustle.

Henry’s apartment is spacious with the most amazing views - the apartment overlooks the jungle and the beaches. Access to the sea is easy, but not suited for a quick plunge in the sea - It is a rocky beach. We didn’t have much time to explore but found a way to access a more suitable beach, a 20 minute walk north. Tulum proper is about 25 minutes away by car. Henry was a great host. We loved our one night stay.

The truth is everything super if I recommend that they rent a car even though it is terracería not it is ugly aso asique a carro chico is more than enough, I recommend that they bring special sandals to get in the beach since it has a lot of piritas that will bother you a lot, the location helps you a lot since everything is at a lot 20 minutes from everything tourist, the internet did not work I hope it is fixed but the one from the reception and everything is clear. We were almost next to it only when you are in the room it does not get well the signal. Maybe the one in the room that we had was just missing the one in the room that we had, otherwise everything is always available and the minisplit all worked. I recommend it

We loved our stay ant Casa Xilá, great accomodation; great price, amazing place, wonderful ammenities and exactly peaceful like we were looking for. We will definetly come back soon and many times

Tyrell's home is beautiful and worth the stay! The pictures do not capture the beauty and peace. We were first to stay there so it was expected to still be evolving. The property is new and still setting up its shared areas. The first night we were the only tenants in the building with the kind security who were present around the clock. Currently, there is no restaurant in the building, although it looks like there may be one to come. This gave us an opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen and the very nice appliances. THe blender and mixer were a bonus. I recommend you have a driver or a car. The taxi ride into town was $35 per direction. We had our driver wait a few times as we went grocery shopping and other stops. Of course this earns them additional cash. Although renting a car is easy, the local vendors laughed about paying the police if you get pulled over :) BOnus! Tyrell's home has ocean views on both sides of the unit! Master suite is fantastic!!

Very nice experience. It is a luxury residence in a beautiful setting.
