Beach house holiday rentals in Tulum

Casa Zaba was incredible! The location was perfect—close to everything yet felt private and peaceful. We pre-ordered ATVs through the property, which made it so easy to explore. We used them for quick trips to grab food and check out the nearby nightlife, and even rode them all the way to the ruins and some amazing cenotes. The free cenote included with the Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking, and the private beach access was gorgeous. The property itself is gated, which added an extra level of comfort. I’ve been to Tulum multiple times, and this was hands down one of our best stays. Highly recommend Casa Zaba for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful week at Mataray Tulum. The place is beautiful and peaceful and having the private beach made all the difference. But importantly, the staff were incredible. So accommodating and friendly, and always offering advice on where to go for dinner or excursions. There was never a tie that we didn't feel taken care of. The accommodation was amazing. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and my husband and son had great fun in the evening playing pool upstairs. The balance of having your own accommodation, but being connected to a hotel if you want food or drinks was a great combo! We will definitely come for another visit.

The setting was beautiful. Right on the beach. amazing sunrises, peaceful ocean breezes and sounds through the night. I was pleasantly surprised that the wifi was good. The refrigerator was larger than expected. I wish the kitchen had a large knife and a couple extra cutting boards for cutting fruits and veggies. My family is vegetarian. It would have been nice to have some tupperware for left overs. Overall a wonderful experience and great memories made. It was exactly what we were looking for in a quaint authentic beach experience. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Rancho San Eric. The Casita was comfortable and located a few steps from the beautiful south Tulum beach. We like peace, quiet and privacy and we got it! No loud "boom boom". Just the sound of the the ocean breeze. We are planning our next visit already :) This is a very special location and the property was extremely well run with an eye for detail. Thank you Stefan and Hui!

Our family of 10 had an amazing week in paradise! The home is absolutely beautiful & looks just like the pictures. Samuel & Marisela went above and beyond for us and truly made this the best Airbnb experience Ive ever had. From delicious dinners to fresh made beds ever day we truly felt like we were staying in a resort but with the luxury of privacy! We also loved the safety of the security at the top of the road & the crew that cleaned the sargassam every day! With there being 10 of us (9 & a toddler) we never once felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time in paradise. I felt like my toddler was safe the whole time since he couldn't access the beach or pool without climbing stairs. This is truly a family friendly home! The only con I will say is the shoreline at the house is a bit rocky but this did not stop us from taking the boats out or even just floating. The reef in the bay is truly breathtaking! 😍

The premises are very beautiful, a handful of villas on a clean, well-kept site, and your villa is steps from the beach. The villas are in the lovely rustic MX Riviera style, nicely furnished and airy. There are loungers and chair for you on the beach. The maintenance staff are on the job all day, cleaning and grooming the villas and the compound. We had a hard time finding the place upon arrival--mainly because one of the geo-locations on the listing is wrong by several hundred metres. Maybe that should be fixed? That was the only complication. Turns out, if you're driving along the Tulum beach road, you'll see a sign that says "Playa Selva" and you're there. Selva is one of the last generation of the original Tulum eco-resorts, worth it even at the cost.

Our extended family of ten stayed very comfortably in this lovely house. We enjoyed the space, the comfortable furniture, great snorkeling, and a lovely meal made by Jerry and Isabella. The house was as pictured, we found it peaceful, safe, and private. We loved sitting on the beach, and found the kitchen well supplied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sergio's villa. I was celebrating my 30th birthday with my family and 2 babies, and it was such a comfortable stay with more than enough room for us all. Juan was our concierge and was extremely friendly and helpful. He greeted us upon arrival, helped with our bags, offered recommendations for dinner in the area and gave great advice for getting around. The villa looked exactly as it did on the photos, it is just stunning! It also is pretty close to theTulum beach strip (once the construction of the nearby path is finished) otherwise, it's about a 15-20 minute drive. That being said, you can tell the area that the villa is located in is up and coming, and it'll be quite nice once it's all said and done. I would just say if you are bringing small children like we did, it helps to know that there is possibility of a little construction noise in the earlier hours of the morning. Otherwise, 10/10 stay!

Me pareció excelente el lugar, limpieza, orden y ubicación. Detalles mínimos que pueden incrementar la experiencia es el control de acceso con vigilancia e iluminación exterior en las noches. En general todo estuvo genial, la comunicación con los anfitriones fue favorable y atenta.

We had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing trip. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. My stay at Casa Caridad was great! Absolutely beautiful home. Cleaning service Monday-Friday is amazing and very pristine. Ron is an amazing host and pretty much provides all the resources for any Tulum Trip. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Tulum!

Es literal una casita de árbol. Esta super mona todo muy bonito. Todo en chiquito pero aprovecharon cada rincón. Como es una “casita de arbol” si se escucha el ruido de afuera. Lo padre es que esta super bien ubicada muy buenos restaurantes a dos pasos de ahi. La playa tmb a dos pasos entonces la ubicación esta increíble. Solamente si eres sensible para el ruido pues no es para ti. Por que si se escucha lo de afuera. Muy buenos hosts nunca nos falto nada! Estuvimos muy comodos. Muchas gracias

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It exceeded our expectations. The property is private with peaceful surroundings. All the amenities listed were very useful to help us feel at home. The location is close to local restaurants and attractions. Daniel was very responsive and helpful in all communication. He was proactive and provided us with a lot of helpful information ahead of time. I highly recommend booking your stay with Daniel's property!

Such a beautiful and unique area/home. Quiet and had plenty of space for the family. Space was clean and welcoming. Not far from the Tulum center and surrounding attractions.

Four of us stayed at Jessica’s place and had a great time. The villa looked exactly like the photos, though it felt a bit smaller in person. One thing to note: the beach isn’t directly behind the villa as one picture might suggest — you do need to drive there. The gym, pool table, and large pool are communal and located just a short walk away within the complex. The villa was clean and well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything needed for cooking. The only confusing part was that the address led us to a gas station, which is actually right in front of the villa. Also, in our unit, there were small gaps under the front and upstairs doors that let in a lot of flies — probably around a hundred during our stay. That said, Jessica was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay with her again.

Lugar muy cómodo, excelente ubicación, con comodidades también alrededor, me contestaron siempre a la primera, buena comunicación, solamente me hubiera gustado que la alberca privada tuviera calefacción... aunque parece que en Tulum ninguna alberca tiene. Recomiendo mucho el lugar.

La casa es un sueño, está completamente equipada y amueblada con muy buen gusto, es mucho más linda que en las fotos! Muy grande y cómoda, me enamoré de los atardeceres desde el rooftop, tiene bastantes amenidades, y está 5 min de la playa. Mika siempre estuvo al pendiente y nos encantaron sus recomendaciones y convenios, regresaremos seguro 10 de 10 😎
