Private suite holiday rentals in The Hamptons

Perfect for my needs for this trip. Was near my friend's home which was so helpful. The bed AND pillows were SO comfortable, making it a little hard to decide to get up and out. Thankyou Lori for helping this non- techie navigate the AirBnB App. I felt if I needed anything, Lori would be on it..Thankyou Lori for making the first leg of my trip easy, especially under the unfortunate circumstances regarding the purpose of my trip. My second stay there! It was very last minute. However, Diana was quick to respond. My cats felt like they were at home!

We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

The place is just 3 houses away from the ferries and is really cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and is half a mile from Main Street that has many great restaurants. The place does not have a kitchen although it does have a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and water dispenser, so it was perfect for saving and reheating food. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of requests that I made. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Kevin’s place for our anniversary. He and his wife went above and beyond with little personal touches. We loved the indoor/outdoor flexibility of the living space and deck and enjoyed every night in the hot tub. Would and will rebook!

We love staying at George’s place, it feels just like home away from home for us. We’ve visited this property several times over the years, most recently with our son who’s now old enough to fully enjoy the yard on his own. He had a fantastic time playing outside, talking to the deer and rabbits that came to visit. We even saw some turkey vultures! Overall a solid place to stay and it’s become somewhat of a family tradition. Thank you George!

Michele’s suite was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, we were able to relax between outings. Michele has thought of everything, with a variety of coffee pods for the Keurig; soap, shampoo, toothpaste and mouthwash in the bathroom; and a tabletop trickling waterfall, white noise machines, and countless decorative touches ensured a feeling of peaceful tranquility the moment we entered. While this suite is part of the main house, there is a separate entrance. We knew the family was home much of the time we were there because of the cars in the driveway, but we never heard a sound from the main house. Michelle was never intrusive, but very responsive to communication, sending messages throughout our stay to reassure us of her availability to provide for any needs we might have. We were also pleasantly surprised with the lack of “closing duties” such as stripping beds, trash removal, etc. asked at most AirBnb’s we have visited. Wonderful experience!!

Our stay at Robert’s was great. The proximity to the farmers and brewery’s and vineyards is something you can’t beat here. He had k-cups for coffee and a brita for water stocked at the apartment which is always so appreciated.

Linda’s place was perfect for Stony Brook’s graduation weekend! The location is ideal with it being about a 5 minute drive to the Ronkonkoma train station and less than 15 minutes to Stony Brook. The two bedrooms, living area, and bathroom were spacious and fit our family of five perfectly. Thank you!

Perfect place for a gate away while on Long Island. The unit is precisely what I needed while away from home and she was very accommodating considering I had my little dogs which btw loved her. The backyard is charming and the chicken coop give it a real farm feel. Backyard had plenty of space for the dogs to run. Would definitely recommend or rebook.

Not our first and not our last time at Michael’s place. Thank you again for your hospitality and will for sure be staying at your place in the near future.

Tim and Lorna were excellent hosts! The place was better than expected and in a great area centrally located on the island. There were so many thoughtful little details they provided for both me and my my furbaby - from toys and a bed for him to all sorts of things we might forget when traveling (first aide kit, lint brush and so much more). The place was impeccable and very comfortable. My plans changed when I arrived and I needed up just relaxing for quite a bit of my stay and it was perfect. A very comfortable sitting area with books, games and a tv with lots of options. The bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. I slept like a baby throughout my stay as it is a nice quiet area and I barely heard anything from them as they are upstairs. There is a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave which was all I needed since I wasn’t looking to cook while away. They were very responsive when I misunderstood the instructions on how to get in. I will most certainly be back!

Had a great stay at Yussette’s place. The accommodations were as described in photos, clean, and comfy. My only concern was that during colder nights it was absolutely freezing. I reached out as there is no thermostat in the room and was told the heat would be raised. It was only temporary as a short time later it was freezing again. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Loved her place, great location, easy parking, very spacious. We would stay here again for sure, had all the things we needed. Amazing host, and easy to talk too, and was very patient with needing to switch dates due to things changing. Highly recommend!

Great place and in a great location. Would 100% recommend it. This place exceeded my expectations.

Initial check in was a little difficult but Victor was able to accommodate us and refunded us for any issues. The location was great, peaceful, and beautiful. Distance from attractions was also convenient. Very comfortable.

The property is terrific and checks all the boxes anyone would look for, but the star is really Stephanie, the owner. My girlfriend and I were in a very tight spot after leaving a VRBO property almost immediately upon arrival after we ran into misrepresentation and serious cleanliness issues. Stephanie was not only incredibly flexible in allowing us to book on basically zero notice, she showed up at 7 pm - like, 15 minutes after booking - to let us in with a freaking bottle of wine and snacks. On the night before we left, we mentioned we might want to bring our dog to the beach with us the last day but couldn’t find beaches...*she went and tracked down dog-friendly beaches.* The list goes on. She went out of her way again and again throughout the weekend, turning a potential disaster into a relaxing and delightful weekend. Hosts like her are why AirBNB thrives. I can only think of two other customer service experiences in my life that fall in the same category of effort. In short: property is solid (as well as good value for the area), host is spectacular. You won’t be sorry to book this spot.

Had a great stay! The unit had dedicated parking, private entrance, good light for a basement apartment. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well appointed with all of the essentials. The bedrooms were spacious and also well appointed. The living area was comfortable and included cable TV. The hosts were very proactive and helpful on their communications. The location is a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to restaurants, Main Street and the beaches. Overall, excellent stay and would be glad to stay again on my next visit to East Hampton!

Perfect location - easy 3 minute drive into town, or walkable in 15-20 minutes. Quiet location with private space and a little area to sit out on the porch. Highly recommend for a couple or similar looking for a getaway close to the beach and town!

We loved the apartment! It was so clean and comfortable. Brooke was always responsive!!! We walked every day to Sacred Heart University for our residency! 5 Star all the way! Was so nice!!!!

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything I needed. Beautiful Bayview Beach was right at the end of the block - a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Mougeh was a responsive and helpful host. I'd definitely stay again!

Quaint little apartment attached to a ranch house, leading right out to the back pool and hot tub and enough space inside to spread out a little. It was a solid choice for a long weekend, just a short distance from town. The beach pass is a nice perk.
