This charming waterfront home is the ideal getaway for the active family with the Hamptons' largest natural 'saline pool' (the Peconic Bay) just footsteps away. This home easily sleeps 7 - with 3 bedrooms and 3 separate kids' sleeping cabins. You can jump on our standup paddle board right off our private dock, jog along wide stretches of pebble beach, have a swim race to our floating swim platform or simply relax in the hammock. 2 bathrooms indoors and 1 private outdoor shower,

Hang up your car keys and your worries and come visit this beautiful, stylish, coastal gem. Everything that Port Jefferson Village has to offer -- the marina, Harborfront Park, restaurants, clubs, shops, galleries, skating rink, green market, Danfords -- is all within easy walking distance. So come enjoy being in the middle of the action -- and the cool breezes off Long Island Sound -- at the Harborfront Star. We are dog friendly and have a pet fee of $65 per dog (max of 3 dogs).

This magical getaway delivers peace and relaxation. Wake up to coffee on your private deck with bucolic views. Play in your heated, saltwater pool, and relax under the stars in your hot tub (open year round). During your stay, these amenities and more will be for your personal use. Stroll to the owner’s dock on Big Fresh Pond, for paddle boarding, kayaking and sunsets. You can also drive 8 minutes to Southampton Village for shopping, restaurants, art galleries and Ocean Beaches.

Cedar Hot Tub, Suana, Heated Pool walk to water

Kayak, swim, fish 3 mile harbor, 5 min walk to water, 1 mile to Sammy's Beach, 9min to EH village and 13min to Sag Harbor. organic bedding, best cookware, decorated with ligne roset, Roche Bobois etc. 3 bikes , 2-single sea kayaks. New HUUM Sauna, 1200 sq ft ipe deck w/ cedar hot tub. *POOL HOUSE with additional queen bed, full bath and steam shower available May 1st.

There are no mansions here, or pools, or tennis courts…only a pristine bay, a harbor, an inlet, a beach and endless sunsets.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
