Great, quiet place with outside space. No kitchen but we didn’t require it and Diane was kind enough to get us banana bread and creamer for coffee the next morning. Yum. The bed is comfy but my husband is on the taller side so we did have to maneuver to sleep. Overall great stay😊

My friends and I had the absolute best Montauk trip thanks to our stay at Aviva’s home! She responded so fast, the home was so beautiful, clean and in a perfect location!

We had a sweet 4-day stay at Hector's. The apartment/"cottage" is located in a quiet part of Springs, close enough to restaurants, but happily removed from the Hamptons Scene. The apartment is small and pretty basic, but comfortable, with a variety of lovely personal touches. It feels a bit funky, artsy and secluded among beautiful landscaping. The well-kept pool area and access to parking at a nearby bay beach (beach chairs and towels are provided) were highlights for us, making this a special place to hide out for a few days.

This suite was just what we needed for a 1-night stay during our friends' wedding weekend. It's a short car ride from the Huntington LIRR Station and walking distance to a breakfast and lunch spot called Kerber's Farm that was delicious! Most importantly, Liz, Alexx, and Will were easy to communicate with and very kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in so we could drop off our luggage before the wedding ceremony. Their flexibility and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Amenities like the filtered water cooler and snacks upon arrival make a real difference and were the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay.

We love staying at George’s place, it feels just like home away from home for us. We’ve visited this property several times over the years, most recently with our son who’s now old enough to fully enjoy the yard on his own. He had a fantastic time playing outside, talking to the deer and rabbits that came to visit. We even saw some turkey vultures! Overall a solid place to stay and it’s become somewhat of a family tradition. Thank you George!

Sandy was great. The place was clean. I underestimated the size of the place for the length of time we stayed. We stayed a whole month and it was very small for my husband and I. It’s a good place to stay for a weekend or even a week. Otherwise the place was good. Private and clean

Lori is a great host and highly responsive. Very cozy place! It has everything you need. Bed was also extremely comfortable. Felt very safe and private. An added bonus is it’s super close to the Main Street of Patchogue. Highly recommend!

Bill is a great host and very responsive and detailed in the instructions for arriving, checking in, entry, and description. We had a great time and wished we could stay longer! Everything was so comfy and clean, and we loved the breakfast foods provided (ie: buttered bread, yogurt, banana, oranges, milk, and coffee). It felt right at home! We would not hesitate to come visit again in the future!

Peaceful and cozy! The chickens were adorable and it was a very short walk to downtown Patchogue where all the restaurants are. Lovely backyard. Very clean place, spacious, comfortable and the refreshments were such a sweet touch.

Tim and Lorna were excellent hosts! The place was better than expected and in a great area centrally located on the island. There were so many thoughtful little details they provided for both me and my my furbaby - from toys and a bed for him to all sorts of things we might forget when traveling (first aide kit, lint brush and so much more). The place was impeccable and very comfortable. My plans changed when I arrived and I needed up just relaxing for quite a bit of my stay and it was perfect. A very comfortable sitting area with books, games and a tv with lots of options. The bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. I slept like a baby throughout my stay as it is a nice quiet area and I barely heard anything from them as they are upstairs. There is a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave which was all I needed since I wasn’t looking to cook while away. They were very responsive when I misunderstood the instructions on how to get in. I will most certainly be back!

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made me feel right at home. The location was great and made it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely book again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

This side unit was convenient, comfortable, and charming. We were visiting for the weekend to attend a wedding in Smithtown. Our ETA was earlier than expected and Patricia was responsive and flexible for check-in. We drove and parked on-property (also walkable to the train if needed). The instructions were easy to follow and the unit had everything we needed & more— felt at-home while still providing hotel-quality service. We appreciated that they were on-site if we needed anything. We recommend for any small group/family!

We had a fantastic stay in Damon’s camper! Everything was very well organized, clean, and thoughtfully set up — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Damon is a super responsive and kind host who made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back next time we’re in Long Island.

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Super clean and new-looking Airbnb. I’m not sure if they had recently renovated but looked brand new. It was very clean, private, and easy to find.

I stayed here longterm and it was a great experience. The space is nice and very cozy with a warm homey feel. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind and incredibly accommodating. When a couple things did come up during my stay, he handled it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely recommend this place.

Initial check in was a little difficult but Victor was able to accommodate us and refunded us for any issues. The location was great, peaceful, and beautiful. Distance from attractions was also convenient. Very comfortable.

The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. All amenities were as described and Sara took the time to ensure any directions needed were clearly detailed. She was responsive and timely with any needs or questions I had. I’d definitely stay here again if I make it back to Northport.

Perfect location - easy 3 minute drive into town, or walkable in 15-20 minutes. Quiet location with private space and a little area to sit out on the porch. Highly recommend for a couple or similar looking for a getaway close to the beach and town!

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything I needed. Beautiful Bayview Beach was right at the end of the block - a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Mougeh was a responsive and helpful host. I'd definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Twin Ponds! The studio was spotless and had everything we needed for two nights. It was a easy walk across the street to the beach and close to town. Would definitely come back.

Louis's place was fantastic! I can't say enough good things about my stay! I wasn't familiar with the area at all and I debated btwn an air bnb or hotel. Thankfully, I made the right choice!! He accommodated last minute requests I had quickly, easing my stress. It really is the perfect hideaway..quiet, peaceful, VERY private and safe feeling. Everything from kitchen to linens to bathroom was spotless! Big and comfy bed..Modern and pristine appliances, and everything that I needed for a quiet dinner in, down to the slightest detail. The rain-like shower felt amazing..so relaxing..like a scalp massage! Spacious and modern, yet very cozy place! The patio and fire area also is great for a private lounge outside. It felt like much thought and caring went into designing this beautiful space and I thoroughly enjoyed it! If I find myself in the area again, I'd definitely want to stay here! Thank you, Louis!
