Holiday rentals with beach access in The Hamptons

Abby and Curran are genuinely nice hosts. Their place is ideal for people who enjoy old homes, New England, and coastal life. The suite has a comfortable queen sized bed and an arm chair and sofa, perfect for reading and reflecting. The sofa also folds out into a bed. Chickens and rabbits welcomed us home after time away exploring Milford and the surrounding area. Americana at its best.

Nice little Bungalow! Perfect for up to 4 people. Very private and clean. The Location was Great. Right across the street from the Beach with a beautiful view. Has a small Firepit. Only a mile or 2 to Downtown. Would definitely go back.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

Fantastic home and was just perfect for my weekend stay in the Hamptons. Zoi was lovely! The studio was clean, beautifully designed and just a few minutes drive from Main St. I highly recommend.

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. Perfect for a weekend getaway with the pup! Place was peaceful and a short walk or drive to parks, beaches, or town. Aunt Clare was friendly and attentive. Would book again!

The house was so cozy and comfortable and well stocked. I didn't even miss not having a tv. there are games, records to play on the record player, and plenty of kitchen utensils and spices to experiment in the kitchen. I enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace and walking in the neighborhood. You will need a car to be able to access restaurants and shopping, but it was a short drive. It was exactly what I was hoping for and would return again.

We had a wonderful mother-daughters’ weekend at Liz’s home. The house is nicely renovated and has everything you need for a wonderful family getaway. The house is all on one floor and is perfect for those with mobility issues, which was ideal for celebrating my mom’s 80+ birthday. We loved the location, being close to lots of Hamptons’ cities but super quiet, serene, and private. Super comfy beds and linens, great bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen that was excellent for breakfasts in the morning. The backyard is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. Plus Liz is an incredibly gracious host! She allowed for us to have flexible check-in and check-out times, and even provided excellent local recommendations for ADA compliant restaurants and activities—all of which were very helpful and made our trip and stay enjoyable and comfortable. She even had a step stool delivered for us to use. She went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Our thanks again, Liz!

We love staying at Cail and Jayne’s beach home in Milford! This is our second time at one of their homes, first time on the marsh side of street. It’s a beautiful setting and great for bird watching! This is also why I love staying at superhost properties. Communication is always fast and easy, the place is spotless, tons of amenities, easy to follow instructions, comfortable beds, and the home is decorated beautifully. My Mom and I were sad to leave. Tl;dr: Great home, great hosts, great location. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed meeting Steve and getting his recommendations for things to do. Everything is very well thought out and planned for your comfort. Steve is easy to work with and very responsive. The view and interior design make it a soothing and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the proximity to The Hamptons and made it all the way to the Montauk lighthouse taking the old highway as he suggested. Gorgeous! We had really good takeout from JCs when we wanted to eat in and just enjoy the peacefulness of it all. One of our favorite trips!

John’s place in East Hampton was perfect for our MDW getaway. Beautiful property, clean and cozy cottage, and very close to restaurants and bay beaches. Great area for running. John was great and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

Beach plum was extremely hospitable and the apartment was a good size amd had amazing views of the ocean. Will definitely recommend and be returning.

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

Great stay for a quick weekend getaway! Highly recommend as you are right by the beach, Montauk's downtown, and have access to a pool area.

Exactly what the listing describes and more — Mia is a great host and super attentive despite us being a last minute booking, she even helped us through a tough time late in the day when I thought my daughter’s stuffie had been picked up by the maid service. Above and beyond!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
