Holiday rentals with a patio in The Hamptons

Abby and Curran are genuinely nice hosts. Their place is ideal for people who enjoy old homes, New England, and coastal life. The suite has a comfortable queen sized bed and an arm chair and sofa, perfect for reading and reflecting. The sofa also folds out into a bed. Chickens and rabbits welcomed us home after time away exploring Milford and the surrounding area. Americana at its best.

We had two family events to attend during our stay. Erica was so helpful in getting back to me about the original availability of the apartment! It was a perfect place to relax sleep! Everything was clean and wonderful snacks! It made a great oasis to return to each day! Thanks for all of your attention to details! We appreciated Erica’s quick response during our stay! this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay over a long weekend. The place was perfect for our group of a couple, a single adult and a 6 month old baby. The place is tucked away in a wood and so peaceful. The Village with all modern comforts is a short drive away. Kitchen is well equipped to have meals at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Chelsea’s. She was very responsive and left us with such a lovely welcome note. We felt right at home and the space was absolutely beautiful. The house was very private and the neighborhood was so nice to walk around. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to any friends! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great weekend in Mattituck! The house is in a great location close to the vineyards and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. It was a quiet and a peaceful escape from the city. Fabio was also a kind and informative host.

Ashley’s house is the perfect get away. I booked this house for my family to stay for my wedding weekend. My mom had never stayed in an Airbnb before and I’ve never seen her so happy and relaxed. She truly enjoyed her first Airbnb experience at Ashley’s place. It was exactly as described and the view is beautiful. Ashley was very responsive and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was exactly as noted in the listing. Rooms were extremely spacious. The house was beautifully decorated. The yard is great for just relaxing with some friends. I would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sag Harbor.

Ronnie's place was great! It had everything our group of 12 needed, the pool was delightful and it was just 10-15min away from town. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3
