A fantastic place to stay in the Hamptons, a special gem of a place located in the Dunes of Amagansett, will be back every year!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Angela's place was perfect. As a central hub for my son (5) and I, on our first trip to Montauk, the location could not have been better. Her condo was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the beach, and being directly across the street from an access point was ideal. The only drawback is that now my son wants us to live in Montuak...

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. This was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend in Montauk. We were so close to everything which made it very convenient. The room was perfect and loved the clothing rack perk! Everything was clean and loved the skylights in the unit and the patio overlooking the water. 10/10 woud definitely stay here again!

Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3

We were very happy with our stay! Great room, cozy and comfortable! The Manor was very nice as well.

This place was great for 4 people! Upstairs bedroom is a loft with two twin beds— not double as the listing says. We were able to check in early which was very nice. Pool and the pool area are amazing. They provide pool/beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Quick walk out to the beach. There were deer right in our backyard by the beach the whole time which was really cool.

I had such an amazing stay at Diamondos place! I stayed for three weeks and fell in love with it. Her place is EXACTLY like the photos she provides. She was a very pleasant host and responded very quickly. This place is located in a very nice and quiet condominium community with a pool, tennis courts, and even chairs by the water! My favorite part was sitting on the large patio and watching the sunsets and deer! I would highly recommend this place as it is exactly as the listing.

if you are looking for private, quiet, tranquil, beautiful, relaxing stay. This is the place. Private beach with comfy chairs, umbrellas, amazing pool and views, felt like a nature preserve. Walk to town. Apartment was great. I'll be back

A great property and an excellent unit. Ocean Dunes is a jewel in the Hamptons! We look forward to our return!

Very lovely place to stay. All the amenities you would need and a view of the water. With the exception of the keypad entry not working at the end of our stay (assuming it was just dead batteries), it was wonderful.

This was my second time at Susan’s. The location on the bay with the beautiful views and sparkling clean pool will bring me back again. The house is always extremely clean and comfortable. Great location to walkable Rumba’s Restaurant. Susan is very reachable and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend it.

George was a wonderful host , so available and willing to help with local knowledge and suggestions. The Condo is beautiful with a stunning sea view and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to all .
