Monthly Rentals in Terrace Park

The apartment and its location were excellent. Spacious inside. Hardwood floors in living/dining area. Peaceful balcony (I stayed on the second floor). The bedroom was my favorite--comfortable bed and cozy environment. Beautiful, quiet street--as advertised. You are located near the police and fire stations, so you hear sirens periodically. The hosts were superb. They responded quickly and effectively to all questions. They were flexible and understanding. I would consider staying here again Only issue is parking, as noted in other reviews. You will share a garage with the other tenant, but it is difficult for both cars to fit. There is parking along the neighborhood street, though spots may be filled depending on time of day. (I was lucky as the other tenant parked exclusively on the street). This unpredictability in terms of parking is the only hiccup for an otherwise outstanding living experience.

Such a darling home in a great little neighborhood. We were here for a family reunion and spent our days at my sister's house in Madeira. This sweet home was just 12 minutes down the road. We spent our nights at the house and mornings having coffee on the porch. Thanks again, we will be back!

Keith's place was a great stay for our time in Milford. It's right along the historic downtown and is very walkable which is great. The space is cozy and has everything you need. If we're in need to rent a place to stay in Milford again, we'll definitely look to see if Keith's place is available first!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and we had very good communication with Maureen and Ben. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast at the Harvest Market.
