Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Tamarindo

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

The condo was perfect for our 10-day stay in Playa Del Coco. Plenty of space for two couples, cool AC, great patio with pool view, well equipped kitchen, all as shown in photos. We walked to the grocery store, to town, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the beach club, the pools, and pickleball courts. Raquel from Brokers was very helpful and patient, proactive and communicative from the time we reserved through our departure.

Nous avions fait une erreur de date d'arrivée (un jour trop tôt) nous avons appelé Pam et elle a réglé le problème en 10mn, sinon nous dormions dans la voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, il y a piscine les animaux qui passent nous voir sur la terrasse, c'est sympa. Il y a une personne qui s'occupe quotidiennement de l'entretien. Merci à toute l'équipe.

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett Group’s condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Alto Mercado supermarket, making it super convenient. The condo itself was fully equipped, and very comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful swimming pools on the property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and upscale getaway!

Sandy was so accommodating and kind. We really appreciated her responsiveness!

The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Luisa and Alejandra were incredible to communicate with! Our first night out at the house was quite the adventure (side note - we have been to CR several times and are very aware of some of the crazy roads). Driving down to the house was extremely intense, it happens in 2 parts. The first part is from the road down to the carport, and the second part is from the carport down to the main level and it is steep! Like I mean- very steep. We did have a 4x4 like what was suggested but I mean when you first start to go down you actually lose site of the driveway because of the angle. The home is a 25 minutes from Tamarindo. The area it’s in is called Pinnila. If you’re coming from Tamarindo, you go through Villareal to get there. If you’re a hillside/away from everything person, it’ll be for you, if you want to be near the beach and walking distance to restaurants this may be too far away for you. The home itself is incredible! We loved it! The wildlife was great too!

This villa felt like one of the stunning, stylish villas you see on the TV show Love Island! Every space was beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious — the perfect setting to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. I also really appreciated that the villa included concierge service, which made everything effortless, including arranging a private chef for us. From start to finish, everything about this stay was seamless and elevated. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway!

We had the best time! We had a few small plumbing issues, Joel was immediately responsive and problems were solved within an hour. Restaurants: Rustico, Rural (Tamarindo), Lola’s. Beaches: playa Flamingo & Playa Avellana were our favorites. House is super family friendly with the open concept.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

Absolutely gorgeous home that fit all 8 of us very comfortably. The sight the balcony presents was otherworldly no matter the weather and no picture does it justice, house was very modern and had lots of essentials provided as well as extra amenities. Overall An amazing stay with An amazing host who was extremely responsive and booked us excursions (zip lining and jet skis), gave us amazing food recommendations, and was ready to help us at a moments notice. A must book if you want to experience the best of Costa Rica!

What a fantastic home. Absolutely beautiful and with all the amenities you might want. We had two families of four who stayed and it was extremely comfortable. Great pool. Also very close to town (could walk even) and amazingly responsive host. Absolutely will come back.

Everything was great. Quiet, but also near restaurants, groceries and beaches. Communication was clear and quick. Very comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend Claire's place.

Wonderful place to stay with nice views of the mountains on the backside and the ocean on the front. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Great location as it is just far enough to be quiet, but a few minutes walk to the beach (which felt private) and numerous excellent restaurants. Would certainly stay again.

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

We recently visited Las Catalinas for a wedding, and our stay was perfect. Rosa's place was exactly as shown, had all the amenities we needed, and is ideally situated in to everything in town. The entire staff that help manage the property, and environment in Las Catalinas is incredible, and we would definitely visit again!

We had a great time in this clean and modern condo in a great location. There are nice touches like a very quiet air conditioner and everything is new. We especially loved walking across the street to Calla Luna for farm to table wonderful meals and memories. Walking to the beach was wonderful. We highly recommend staying here.

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. The beach and cute souvenir shops were just down the street, as was the fruit seller. We all

This beach condo was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best views I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. Watching boats head out in the early morning while sipping coffee, with the sound of waves in the background, was pure bliss. The condo itself was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need—even a professional chef, which was such an unexpected luxury! Whether lounging on the sun-drenched lawn, relaxing by the pool, or just enjoying the peaceful ambiance inside, everything felt effortless and relaxing. Getting down to the beach was a bit of a hike, so I’d recommend driving if you have the option—but trust me, it’s totally worth it once you’re there. A truly special place I wouldn’t hesitate to return to. Highly recommend!
