Olofs suite is a peaceful cozy space providing all the necessities. My family felt very relaxed and enjoyed deep sleep before each adventure. The area is beautiful with parks and creeks, and quick access to yummy cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. This space is also a peaceful walk to the metro, perfect for commuters. Diana is a very lovely, responsive, and amenable host. I had to change my reservation, and she was so kind and understanding about it. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and stocked with cleaning products. The kitchen has plenty of prep space, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was renovated with nice fixtures. Feel free to bring your entire wardrobe because the bedroom has a TON of storage! In fact, the whole apartment has ample storage. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with very friendly people around. They smile and say hello as they pass; it's really nice. You'll have no problem getting your steps in because there's a huge park and walking path nearby. I highly recommend staying at Diana's. We stayed for a week with our 12 year old. We had come to visit the sites and the location was perfect. After a long, busy and hot day it was lovely to hop on the train and be “home” in 20mn. The area is beautiful with lots of little stores, bakery and restaurants. The hosts were so very helpful and always reachable. The space is well appointed and has everything you need!

Megan is an accommodating and communicative host. She answered questions quickly, and was flexible in letting me check out an hour later and shipping a couple small packages to her house. The neighborhood is walkable, there is plenty nearby, and it was a great home base for my week in DC.
