Holiday rentals with lake access in Sylvan Beach

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

Darren's house on Oneida Lake is absolutely precious. It was very clean with lots of space in a quiet and peaceful location. Darren was very responsive and helpful. Family members commented they'd love to go back next year and stay at Darren's house again.

A comfortable and accommodating space with beautiful views of the lakes. The hosts were helpful and communicative. We knew exactly what was expected of us. Our favorite parts were: space for all staying with us, the very comfortable mattresses and the access to beautiful views greeting us morning and evening and in between. We enjoyed watching the resident ducks, geese, osprey, eagles, house sparrows while being serenaded by a song sparrow each morning. Kitchen appliances were modern and high quality. Bathrooms had attractive updated fixtures. As is not uncommon in CNY, the basement bedrooms felt a bit damp, which was helped by running the basement bathroom fan and AC fan while we were there. (The host has a dehumidifier that looks like it is probably run when guests are not using the space). The cleaning crew missed a few details before our arrival, but overall the space was acceptable and the host daily initiated reaching out to see if there was anything that needed addressed.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake as our yearly family getaway. We had age ranges from 1 to 65 and was great for all ages. The screened in porches are nice to enjoy the lake view. House had all supplies and amenities that we needed for our visit.

This was a great stay. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I even chose the slightly smaller bed in the back bedroom just so we could wake up to the lake view at sunrise (it would have been wasted on our son who sleeps until 2pm). Tracy was very accommodating when we made a last minute change. The decor was relaxing and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us for a long weekend. We would love to come back.

We were n town for a family funeral, but wanted to enjoy the company of extended family while in town. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful area—so conducive to reflection and yet perfectly set up for communing with family. We would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

Great location, cozy little spot!

I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

We had a really comfortable stay at Eileen and Randy’s place. It was accurately described and immaculately clean. Eileen was very reachable and responsive and it was lovely to meet her and put a face to the name. We were visiting family in the area all the way from Sydney Australia. Eileen and Randy’s really was our home away from home!

The listing was walk to fish and that’s what it was, I was completely unsure of where it was but I know the general area I got into town a couple hours early and took up the beautiful river to go fishing and we ended up at the town pool and then I looked the address up and it was right across the street from the parking lot, it was an extremely clean and beautiful place and Scott was very helpful messaged back quick and with helpful information on the question I asked

Loved this cottage! House was decorated in a modern meets the lakehouse fashion, it was very clean, and these hosts have thought of every little detail to enhance guests stay. The lake view and screened porch are heavenly! We stayed for a concert weekend at Beak & Skiff orchard, which was only a short drive, so the location was great.

Staying at Aubrey’s rustic vintage house by the lake is definitely one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my life. Thank you!

This space was so cute! Very clean, host instructions were clear and easy to follow. Close to the beach and activities but far enough that it’s quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying in the area. Thank you for opening your space to us!

Great time on the Lake. Had horrible cold rainy weather (haha June 1 mind u) but still managed to have a good time. Jesse is a responsive caring host who has a great little cabin (camp) directly on a very beautiful lake.

This cottage is so close to the water it was surreal. The fire pit is right at the water's edge. The place is laid out well and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of very hot water. The views from the living room and deck are stunning. We only stayed one night, but wished it was longer. Such a great get away.

We loved this little lake house, so charming and cozy. The place was easy to find and located in a nice lake community with lots to do near by

We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and family graduations! This location was close to family, nostalgic in that we used to have family reunions on the lake, and very relaxing and comfortable. Aside from the unseasonably cold weather, it was nice to explore the town, enjoy delicious food and enjoy scenic sunsets on the lake! Would love to return with family in the future! Brian and Melissa were very responsive and we didn't have any issues!

This is a nice cozy cottage for a base to explore the area. Jessica was communicative and quickly responded to a couple of minor issues. Everything was as described: a very clean bathroom, nice heating/ac and a comfortable bed (if a bit creaky sounding at times). Recommended.
