10/10 from top to bottom. Outstanding communication, impeccable hospitality with thoughtful touches from robes for the hot tub to ciders and eggs in the fridge. Clear house instructions and a view that can’t be beat. We were seriously impressed and will be returning every time we’re back in Syracuse! Thank you both so much!

Ryan’s place was beautiful and peaceful. It was perfect for children as the yard is fenced in and non hazardous for young children. Hot tub was perfect house was spotless with all the necessities you would need for day to day. It was a perfect peaceful weekend away with my friends and children. Ryan was the perfect host who communicated clearly and very responsive. Will visit again

Perfect location for a show at a local venue. Clean and comfortable and shops and restaurants a short drive in either direction. Matt and Kristy were responsive and had great instructions and communications. I will look to book again when returning to the area.

Their home is so beautiful! Bruce and Caryn are lovely hosts, Bruce especially was very responsive and even helped us out when we were nearly snowed in a couple mornings. The space was used to film a student short film and he was very kind and gracious about the whole process. It was a very peaceful stay on the most gorgeous grounds imaginable. I loved every second I spent there and alway felt looked out for and taken care of. I cannot thank Bruce and Caryn enough!

One of the best places to stay in Hamilton. Quiet, convenient, and accessible host make this place a stand-out amongst places to stay in Hamilton. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when such need arises!

Grew up in Syracuse, but left after college. Always wanted to experience downtown but was intimidated by it (mostly the parking aspect). Adam’s place was perfect for us (family of 9) as we returned home to visit family on Thanksgiving. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, and a pool table in the kitchen. Could not hear the street noise much as we were on the 5th floor. The place was surprisingly cozy/warm. I say surprisingly as I couldn’t figure out where the heat came from, since I couldn’t find vents and the baseboard heaters didn’t seem to be operational. (Here in Virginia, they don’t seem to be able to heat buildings quite the same so I’m curious as to how Syracuse did it, but it’s not he kind the thing you pay attention to as a kid) I did feel that we got lucky with the parking availability, with it being Thanksgiving. We could always grab the spot right in front of the building. Regrettably, we weren’t able to catch any of the live music downstairs.

was perfect for what we were looking for. Bev responded to all my questions very fast and was very accommodating to all of my requests. There was plenty of parking for all of our vehicles.

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

Everything was great, the house has a good location and has everything you need. The place is cozy and you feel like you were home! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Syracuse. Although a drive from the city, it was a great choice for hanging out away from the busyness of Syracuse. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a good set up for my ILs who had access to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

We had a great visit for our son's graduation. The house is in a great location, and has plenty of room. The hosts prepared perfectly, were thoughtful and accommodating. Communication was easy, the hosts were very responsive and made our stay a big success.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

This was a terrific spot for our annual summer trip to stay on a local lake. The house was perfect, small enough that we could always keep track of the little ones, but felt spacious and with room to spread out. The front porch is heavenly, the birds serenaded us all weekend. The expansive yard has lush grass for bare feet to run around and play on, which we all did. We were grateful for the A/C at night. Quick and easy trips to both Sylvan Beach and Green Lakes State Park. We hope to be back next year.

This little apartment was the perfect place for my mom and I to relax and have a lovely time in Sylvan Beach! Roomier than I expected from the pictures which was a great surprise (for some reason I imagined you had to walk through the one bedroom to get to the other- that’s not true at all! There is a separate hallway that connects the two and the one to the living room space). The location on the beach is just perfect, and a wonderful yard with multiple spaces/ uses. Chris was so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great host at a great place- we will definitely be looking to book again in the future!!! Only tiny downside is no full kitchen- but Chris provides a grill, toaster, microwave, and griddle. Besides, it’s vacation and there are great restaurants in town- who wants to cook on vacation anyways???

Had a great quick stay at David’s cozy spot. Very well stocked with coffee bagels milk yogurt the whole 9. Felt very taken care of. Nice green space on the proper too so you can sit and enjoy the breeze. Location was walkable to some of Romes sights and maybe 10-15 walk to restaurants. Very nice area and I would stay again!

I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

Great option for a snowmobiling trip. Trail is located right across the street. More than enough rom for 6 guys to spread out and be comfortable. Close to town and groceries and gas is also right down the street.

Great place for our group consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids. Parking adequate for our 2 cars. Appreciated the location and all the amenities.

Loved the peacefulness of this beautiful home! David and Mercedes were amazing hosts and provided us with many amenities to make it fell just like visiting a family members home! We had 3 families staying there and it was really nice to each have our own full bathrooms. There was plenty of space and multiple options to sleep in pretty much any room. This home was extremely unique, the decor showed David and Mercedes’ adventurous life and their history. Some of the artwork is something that most people will never see their lifetime!
