Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sylvan Beach

House was clean and my family enjoyed the stay and were comfortable. It would have been good if we had some camp fire materials in the house itself. Since we have been used to other airbnb places that had the materials in house, and we had some places to visit, it was difficult to purchase them in our busy schedule. Having them in house would help for future guests. the checkin, checkout and other amenities were all great!! the host was very responsive and helpful.

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

Jessica was truly the definition of a Super Host. We’ve stayed in many places and I can’t tell you how amazing she was from check in to check out. Responsive, friendly, and very professional. The house is breathtaking and nicely organized, we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to return! Our family enjoyed staying at her space and we made many core memories. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Dylan’s with 3 others for 3 days and it was a beautiful, clean home. We had no issues with anything . Dylan responded to us no problem, the house looked even more beautiful than the pictures, the pool was a good temperature, the hot tub was our favorite thing in the backyard. We used the fireplace and it was really nice as well as the grill, we loved making food on there too. Overall it was an amazing experience Dylan was great with communication and hospitality. I would definitely book with him again.

We enjoyed our stay on the lake as our yearly family getaway. We had age ranges from 1 to 65 and was great for all ages. The screened in porches are nice to enjoy the lake view. House had all supplies and amenities that we needed for our visit.

This was a great stay. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I even chose the slightly smaller bed in the back bedroom just so we could wake up to the lake view at sunrise (it would have been wasted on our son who sleeps until 2pm). Tracy was very accommodating when we made a last minute change. The decor was relaxing and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us for a long weekend. We would love to come back.

Jenna's home worked out nicely for us as we made our way back for from Boston to Cleveland. Easy access to Syracuse for a college tour - 10 to 15 minutes. Bedrooms were mostly spacious and comfortable. As noted in other reviews, stairs were a bit tricky - not bad going up, but really tests one's agility going down. Wished we had more time to explore the area and fire pit. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's Happy Home. It was an excellent place for our family to stay while in town for our son and daughter-in-law's Baby Shower. The layout was great and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we prepared several meals easily. Scott and Paula even brought us a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie cake, which was delicious. We plan to stay here again when we visit the area. Thanks, Scott and Paula, for being outstanding hosts!

This may have been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The place was homey and cozy, I slept like a baby. And Linda thought of absolutely everything you might need. She was super responsive and friendly. I wish I had been staying longer and would most definitely come back there!

The photos of the place are exactly as it is. It’s a very clean open concept stay within an hour of all of our destinations like Cooperstown and Sherborne really enjoyed our stay and it was a beautiful place.

Full of natural light. Peaceful & private outdoor area with fire pit & hot tub. Beautiful bedroom with luxurious bedding, slippers, bath robes, lighted make up mirror, a perfume collection for guests to use if they wish and more! We cannot say enough good things! Thank you 🩷
