Great space, tucked away in the woods. Nice amenities on a great lake in Fort Scott. Spacious, clean, peaceful and very comfortable. Did our annual father-son fishing trip here. Fishing wasn't great because of the weather, but based on how many boats we saw in the area, must be a good spot. Would stay again. Boys had a great time too.

What an absolute gem of a stay. The property is impeccably maintained and so beautiful. The guests house that we stayed in was so comfortable and very clean. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. The doggo’s are super sweet and lovable. Danielle and the rest of the team are all very smart and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely be referring the place to our friends and will be back ourselves every year as long as it’s available.

Been to a lot of Airbnb's and this is by far one of the best. Comfortable beds and living space. Lovely and serene views, right on the water. Fun things to do without even leaving the property. I cant wait to go back with friends.

Andrea & Steve’s “Plumeria” was amazing! The entire property was beautiful and very well maintained. The interior was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The covered balcony (with great ceiling fans) looks out onto a small neighborhood lake with lighted fountains. The water was crystal clear with many ducks/geese, egrets, etc. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the birdsong was very relaxing. Everything about the place is 5 star. We will definitely stay there again!

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

Brian was very accomodating and offered a great place for us to stay. It was a stress-free week at the lake with a wonderful view. The weather was great, so we got to use the roll up door during the day which made the place very unique and enjoyable. We will be booking this house again in the future and recommending it for anyone wanting a great stay on the lake!

Daniel’s home was a such beautiful retreat! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was wonderful to have a safe place to park our bikes. We LOVED kayaking each morning on beautiful Lake Ann right in the backyard. Daniel’s home is nestled among trees and rocks and the lake view is stunning. We saw a variety of birds, a fox and of course fish. Like many homes in Bella vista, the driveway is steep but Daniel’s clear instructions made parking easy. We would definitely return.

Looks exactly as listed! Great views from the balcony with nice natural light from inside. The evenings had plenty of relaxing fireplace heaters inside with dim light settings. Heated bathroom floor was my personal favorite. A great park to walk in nearby made it the perfect relaxing getaway we were hoping for!

We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

We stayed for one night after a hiking trip and it was so easy for us to get cozy and relax! Dayna was responsive and kind, and even let us know that we could check in early! The lake view is so lovely and the atmosphere is so serene. Truly an ideal stay!

This is the best Air BnB I have stayed in. It is a beautiful well thought out home. It is located on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the peacefulness. The host are the best and went the extra mile to ensure our trip was perfect!

Overall this was an amazing visit. This is the first time I have stayed in a place where the owners also live. After getting past that initial shock, it was fine! It rained off and on so wasn’t able to fully enjoy the lake, but the hot tub was amazing. Was a great weekend get away.

This location is very pretty. I enjoyed spending time at the lake, the interior of the studio was decorated very nicely, and the location was clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment in Hot Springs! The place was clean, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Scott was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was just right during my visit.

We loved our anniversary weekend stay! The host was so kind and proactive about an issue they found with the jacuzzi before we arrived, rushed to fix it for us, AND gave us some cash back to send us to dinner for the inconvenience. The place was very clean and we enjoyed every moment of the spa features! We would most definitely stay here again!

This place was built with the river and sunset in mind! The angle of the house is perfectly set to see the river flow from one end to the other! Two sides of the house has large glass windows where you have a picturesque view from the house and loft. The house smelt and looked squeaky clean inside. The decor was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. The house is small but very functional for it’s purpose. We felt right at home and comfortable. There were fresh eggs and butter in the refrigerator for breakfast and bread and coffee cake in the freezer which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with essentials too. We were just passing through town and hoped for a relaxing place to stay. We were not disappointed! Wish we could have stayed longer! Maybe next time.

This place was amazing! The inside is decorated beautifully and the lake/dock area is perfect for those looking to relax. There are so many cozy areas inside and outside the house to unwind and enjoy the peacefulness. We wish we had more time here to just getaway and we will definitely be coming back in the summer when it is warmer!

Super cute cottage. Very clean. Loved all the little spa treatments and massage chair.

This place was adorable and clean. We loved just sitting outside listening to nature and watching a family of ducks swim around the pond. The perfect place to un-plug!

Cute little cottage with great views of smith lake. Great dock with easy access ( not too many stairs like a lot of lake homes) older cottage that has been updated but a little quirky design. Well decorated and cozy. A lot of intentional little details like plenty of blankets to cozy up with. Outside furniture was all unusable - even though covered they were all very mildew covered. We ended up habit bro just lay on towels and use the two chairs on the dock. The TVs had a lot of issues getting service … we barely were able to watch a movie with it starting and stopping hundreds of times (the second night we moved to the king bedroom to watch a movie and it was a little better so not sure if its tv related or internet) the host was very kind and due to no reservations on the front or back end of our stay she allowed very flexible check in and check out which we were super Grateful for!! She was very quick to respond as well. Note the fridge is quite small as well as the freezer.

Beautiful one bedroom location with a soaker tub! The bed was incredibly comfortable and made sleeping away from home easy. We enjoyed riding around the property on the golf cart and the privacy only a large area like this can provide. Every interaction was friendly and prompt. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
