Monthly Rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place in PCB! The house was perfect for our family vacation — clean, cozy, and spacious enough for all five of us to feel comfortable. Communication with Ben was smooth and easy from start to finish, and he made sure everything was just right. We especially loved the fenced-in backyard, which was great for relaxing and added a nice touch of privacy. We’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again!

We evacuated here during hurricane Milton. Dealing with Sol has been nothing but a pleasure. He is extremely understanding and accommodating… especially during a stressful time he made everything as easy as possible for us. He is a very kind soul and we are very grateful that we were able to deal with him. If we ever in the area again we will be certainly sure to rent with Sol.

We had a great stay at April's condo. Loved the views and how easy it was to get to the beach. The reserved chairs and umbrella were awesome! Would love to come back!

Better than the photos! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The AC was nice and cold and the theme of the home was splendid. Would most definetely book again! The beach chairs and the distance to the beach was just as described. Thank you for such a memorable experience from our huge family and I. <3
